Vacation rentals with beach access in Trelawny Parish

My friend and I had an amazing stay at Irie’s place—he really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time. He was flexible with our arrival, quick to respond, and just very friendly overall. For example, he offered on his own initiative to drive ahead of us to the Luminous Lagoon so we’d be sure to find it, asked if we needed help with breakfast, and had no problem with us hanging around after check-out time. It was also really nice chatting with Irie and exchanging travel experiences about Jamaica—he helped us wherever he could and gave useful tips. Last but not least, the view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning. We had a lovely stay here and would love to come back someday. Thank you so much!

A friend and I were stranded at the airport after our flight was canceled due to a runway shutdown. We had been at the airport for over 12 hours and were exhausted. The entire airport shut down and all flights were canceled, so it was nearly impossible to find a place to stay. Kaysha and her husband graciously took us in late at night and were extremely helpful with talking to our cab driver and helping us settle in. The home is beautiful and we are so thankful that they helped us when no one else would. They are wonderful hosts and I highly recommend their wonderful hospitality!

Farrah was a welcoming host who helped us find a car service. Rays Dream Tours. The house is very cute. Really well designed. The queen bed was very comfortable. They left us drinks, a coconut, snacks she a water filter. They have shampoo, conditioner, air conditioning. There is a roof deck too (no furniture) It is farther away from the Falmouth center than we thought so we could not walk. Just get a car and the parking is safe and easy. I have a gentleman there that takes care of the grounds and he was very responsive and made sure everything was safe. It was raining and he put out a do not slip cone and kept everything very tidy. We had a little bit of an issue, checking in because the key broke and he was right there to replace the key and help us. This is much better if you have a car or if you have a car service coming to pick you up every day. Great WIFI. We were very happy.

Enjoyed my stay at Tranquility Escape Guesthouse. Host Damian is very friendly and informative. Environment is very quiet and peaceful, i felt at home. I highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book again.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property! From the moment my family and I arrived, we felt right at home. Abbi was incredibly welcoming and provided clear, helpful instructions for check-in. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. I loved the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood, and it made for a very relaxing stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again and again on my next trips!!!

We had a wonderful stay, a home away from home. Place was in pristine condition, and the response time was adequate for each query or request. Thanks for an awesome stay, would definitely recommend and we will return.

Would definitely book again. Place is very modern & decos are very stylish & updated. Host was very attentive. The gated community appears very safe. Its 5-10 min drive to Falmouth shopping center. Super easy to get to & from mobay airport.

It took me a little while to write this review because I’m still there in my mind. My experience at the villa was amazing. I was lucky to book the same day and the host was gracious enough to allow me an early check-in. Everything was so clean and well kept. She met me at the villa and was so friendly and provided clear instructions on how use everything and I felt right at home. The villa was large and comfortable for a large group even though it was just me. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10

What a great place to stay! The house was comfortable and very clean and quite spacious. Although we ate locally (at spots Richard had recommended), there was everything you needed if you wanted to prepare something there. We appreciate the cold water and the house cooled quickly after we arrived. Richard was so helpful with information on checking in and helping us get through security, as well as local recommendations. The view is great and we enjoyed wandering in the tiny backyard to explore the local plants! We loved that this local was quite central to both Ocho Rios and Montego Bay, so it’s the perfect spot to go any direction. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

My stay was perfect only too short lol. I loved my stay and had no complaints. Check in and check out was smooth no hiccups and all amenities listed was there. You received a 5 star rating because I wouldn’t change anything, keep up the fantastic job you’re doing.

Shaddy is a great host! Extremely accommodating and her Airbnb was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was easy to find as the instructions given were precise and easy to understand. Check in was a breeze! Will definitely book again!

The Villa was truly amazing: Trudie was very communicative and sent us so much information about the house and surrounding area. All my texts to her were answered immediately. The view from our terrace overlooking the ocean was so gorgeous. We only had to walk for 4 minutes to get to the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Our cook and cleaner, Cheryl and Diana, were truly special in that they were hands on and kept the house clean and prepared breakfast every morning to our requests. They were so lovely and friendly and warm. Would recommend Seagull Villa to all my friends visiting Jamaica. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Dacia’s place was perfect and everything looked just like the pictures . My favorite part was the balcony view overlooking the beach it was breath taking, the bed was comfortable as well. Dacia’s drivers were very knowledgeable about the area and on time whenever we needed to go somewhere. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jamaica I can’t wait to come back.

Amazing stay with Deya-So. The room was exactly as pictured and the resort had all amenities listed. We didn’t do the all inclusive package because we were only there a few nights but for longer stays it’s nice to have the option! We put a card on file so we could still enjoy things around the resort like the bars and coffee whenever we wanted instead of getting the entire all inclusive package. The location is great, the beach is big and private with activities to do and the airport is barely 10 minutes up the street! Staff at the resort is super friendly. Will definitely book again!

This was our second stay at Deserene place which speaks to the fact that we thoroughly enjoyed our first stay. Her place was just like it was in her pictures, clean, neat and welcoming. This was a more relaxing vacation and at Deserene’s place , we accomplished our goal. The view from the balcony was awesome and peaceful in viewing the ocean. Love the food at the restaurants and the service. It was also very nice that we were able to enjoy the nightly entertainment at the facility. Should you need to enjoy local restaurants outside the property, there were a few which we took advantage of. Lastly, Deserene was always very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Many thanks again Deserene, we will be back soon

Nadia and Konstyantyn’s place was exactly what we wanted for our getaway in Montego Bay. The place was as described, very clean, modern and close to nearby restaurants and the beach. The balcony was the highlight with great views of surroundings, would highly recommend!

other than it was hard to find everything else was just Priceless speechless helpful from the hostess given us directions to the house because we got lost my husband is from Jamaica but he haven't been there for a while so we had got lost a little bit but our host called us back and directed us right to the door the place was priceless beautiful so beautiful I will stay again
