Fastigheten innehåller två uthyrningsbara lägenheter som precis är nyrenoverade. Ett stenkast från fastigheten hittar du vår brygga som delas med endast två andra boenden. En dold pärla vid sjön Sommen där du kan ta en paus från vardagen, paddla i vår kanot, bada, fiska eller bara slappna av.

Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

The house is located at the end of a dirt road, so no traffic in the area. It has lovely gravel roads for long walks. At the viewpoint, there is also a nature trail about 2 km long, with lovely nature experience with everything from deciduous forest, creek and breathtaking views of Vättern.

Sjöängen är ett unikt hus placerat 50 meter från Vätterns strand. Det är ett robust hus med en fantastisk utsikt som ger stor närhet till naturen. Bara tre minuter från huset hittar ni klippor att bada från. Huset ligger i Ödeshög och det är därför nära till både Omberg och Alvastra. Tack vare E4an är det enkelt att ta sig till flertalet av Östergötlands smultronställen.
