We had a great night in this studio in Perros-Guirec, very cute, well-equipped, clean and in a good location. The bedding is comfortable. Ségolène was very responsive and gave us clear and precise instructions. Entering and exiting the accommodation is very easy. Restaurants are within walking distance and beautiful walks can be taken from the apartment.

Absolutely perfect rental, no complaints. The view was magnificent, the apartment extremely well appointed with all the necessities. Very good bedding and a terrace that allowed us to eat outside. Impeccable cleanliness in a very quiet residence. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation! :D

The accommodation offered is superb both for its sea view, its proximity to the city center, the beaches and the port as well as the interior quality of the furniture and accessories provided, and this calm. Our host is very friendly and welcoming, the little extra we expected was a bottle of cider and a box of cake. I highly recommend this listing for a successful stay on the pink granite coast

Very nice apartment in a small, very quiet residence. The apartment is very well-equipped, very well arranged. Beachfront and amenities are next door. Émilie is a very welcoming host in love with her region and I understand her. I'd love to stay with Émilie again.

The apartment is small but exactly as pictured, equipped with everything you might need. The two terraces are beautiful, so you can always find a sunny spot. Everything was very clean, check-in very well explained and hassle-free. Maud is a very friendly landlady, good communication.

The stay fully met our expectations. Good location and parking, friendly check-in and check-out. Beautiful view of the marina, the location is perfect to explore the pink granite coast.

Contemporary building by an architect, a child of the country, who excited us. View from the apartment is just amazing. Raphael is very welcoming and caring. His apartment is full of decorative elements and books that offer many stationary journeys, it is functional and very well-equipped. To be recommended with eyes wide open (it would be a shame to miss this exceptional view)😂🌞

The apartment is very tastefully furnished. Everything is in very good and well-maintained condition. When you enter the apartment, the breathtaking view from the balcony to the sea is immediately impressive. The center of Perros-Guirec with restaurants and shopping is not very far from the property. The city beach can be reached via stairs. Céline is a very pleasant host who always responded quickly to inquiries and also asked herself if everything worked or if everything was okay. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation (but a star deduction for the weather). I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

Excellent stay in this very well-appointed and above all very clean studio. The view from the terrace is a real plus and we can reach the beach in less than 5 minutes. I recommend it.

A great stay at Arlette's place. Everything is as advertised, very comfortable bedding and cleanliness of the accommodation. The sea view is a plus! As well as the proximity of the Douaniers trail for nice walks. Co-host Ornella was very responsive to our requests. We would definitely recommend this listing!

I would recommend Samuel's place. Came to the legu to rest. Had a great time. The accommodation was clean, bright, cozy. The veranda with the balneo bathtub is a real plus as well as the terrace🌺 The port is a 2-minute walk, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. The beach "Martin Beach is 10 minutes by car. Would definitely stay there again.

The accommodation is faithful to the description with little touches that make the difference (small treats, jams, orange juice, etc.) Impeccable and very well-equipped accommodation as well as comfortable bedding +++ the spa bath a real little plus with a bathroom also very well equipped (hair dryer and straightener). pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment with stunning views of the lake. we would definitely recommend this place.
