Unser neues Apartment "Upper Beach" liegt im 2. Obergeschoss, bequem über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Du hast ein separates Schlafzimmer, Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und sonnigem Balkon. Das Haus befindet sich mitten im Zentrum von Timmendorfer Strand. Wer so zentral wohnen möchte, muss manchmal mit etwas Trubel und Lärm in der Hochsaison rechnen. Restaurants, Cafés und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Strand befindet sich ca 150 Meter entfernt.

Von dort aus gibt es auch Ausflugsfahrten mit dem Schiff. Ein für dich eigener Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fahrradverleih in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Sommer findet täglich kostenloses Strandyoga statt.

Hier ist jeder gut aufgehoben, der seine Ruhe sucht in einer nett eingerichteten Zweiraumwohnung zwichen Lübeck-Travemünde und Boltenhagen. Der 9x 5 m große Indoorpool lädt mit 26 Grad Wassertemperatur im Winter , wie im Sommer ein. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen Balkon mit Süd-Ost Ausrichtung. Der nicht überlaufende Strand ist fußläufig über einen Wanderweg durch die schöne Natur zu erreichen ( ca 800m).

Diese kleine Ferienwohnung hat alles was 3 Personen brauchen. Wir konnten unsere 82 jährige Mutter mitnehmen , weil es einen Fahrstuhl , einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage gibt und die Strandpromenade in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen ist.

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Wohnung von Rieke und haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend am Rande von Travemünde. Man kann das Zentrum relativ schnell zu Fuß, mit dem Bus, der Bahn, oder den Fahrrädern, die zur Wohnung gehören erreichen. Rieke ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Mein Partner und ich hatten eine tolle und entspannte Zeit im Hof. Gute Gegend für Spaziergänge und insbesondere der Spabereich im Farmhouse hat uns sehr gefallen! Anzumerken wäre noch, dass Bordesholm doch recht weit weg ist wenn man nur mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs ist z.B. zum Einkaufen. Auch die Anreise gestaltete sich so etwas beschwerlich da vom Bordesholmer Bahnhof kein spontanes Taxi möglich ist, weshalb wir dann die 5 km zu Fuß laufen mussten. Auf dem Rückweg hat es dann aber mit ein paar Tagen Vorlaufzeit gut geklappt mit der Taxi Buchung!
