House vacation rentals in Trat

Die Verwaltungsleute vor Ort waren sehr nett und dazu wurde 1 mal die Woche alles sauber gemacht von einem Reinigungsteam. Im Haus hat man sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicht so gut ist die Lage weil in der Nähe gibt es eigentlich nichts aber es ist sehr ruhig, was auch schön ist. Ich empfehle den Leuten sich einen Roller zu mieten in den kleinen Ortschaften auf der Westseite der Insel, ansonsten ist es schwierig in die belebte Gegend zu kommen, weil die Taxis nicht auf die Westseite der Insel für gewöhnlich fahren und wenn ist es sehr teuer. Der anliegende Strand ist nicht zu schön und sehr eng mit Grundstücken besiedelt. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen wenn man es ruhig mag und kein Problem hat etwas umherzufahren.

We loved staying here! It was so peaceful and relaxing. Ellie's place was well equipped and we spent many hours chilling at the private pool. A taxi was organised for us to get to the port and back. Communication with the on island team was great too. We shall return one day!

We were warmly welcomed at the port, where they picked us up to take us to the villa. A piece of paradise with the pool and the sea in front just a stone's throw away. Very clean house with plenty of food and drink. We rested and enjoyed ourselves, also thanks to the music box made available 🙏 as an addition, dinner service directly at the villa! We recommend everyone to spend at least one night here 🫶🏻

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Zur Unterkunft gibt es nur positives. Super schön eingerichtet, sehr viel Platz auf beiden Etagen und die Lage ist perfekt. Am Rand und sehr ruhig, aber fußläufig viele Restaurants und der Strand schnell erreichbar. Der große Garten ist sehr schön. Auf der Terrasse mit Pool und Blick ins Grüne lässt es sich super entspannen. Sylvia hat sich um unsere Taxis und den Rollerverleih gekümmert - die Kommunikation war super, schnell und sehr freundlich 😊 Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt ☀️

A great place to stay with friends, Marco is a perfect host, very welcoming and friendly, can give you very useful advice about Koh Chang. House is as described, very clean with a wonderful tropical garden and a perfect maintained, clean pool.

Great 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom villa in a quiet location. 200 meters off the main road, can walk to restaurants, cafes, 7/11 & massage.

Zeer mooie villa met eigen zwembad voor een schappelijke prijs. Zeker een aanrader mocht je op Koh Chang verblijven.

Such an amazing villa! Lots of space, lovely swimming pool to cool off, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and sofa. Hosts are really helpful, quick to respond. Housekeeper is lovely. Make sure you check out Seaweed Cafe, a 3 minute walk from the villa. Great food, coffee, and a lovely place to relax. Worth noting on the walk to town (10/15 mins to Kai Bae strip) you will likely encounter dogs but they were harmless Dinner at the owners restaurant, Toscana, was delicious! We had amazing pizza, pasta and gelato If we come back to Koh Chang, we will definitely stay again

Wish we could have stay there indefinitely! What a lovely place! A perfect getaway home for large families. Loads of communal spaces everywhere inside and out. And the garden... wow! The house itself is a traditional Thai home that has been refurbished with great care and taste - a prime example of a renovation project done right.

This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in every way. The space here is just perfect. So beautiful. Right on the water. There is a sand beach a 5 minute walk away, a lovely selection of Cafés and bars within walking distance. It looks directly on to the pier you arrive at but is very private.You will have panoramic views of the water from your bed and living space. Natida the host is an absolutely beautiful person and couldn't be more helpful or kind. She is lovely. I can really recommend this place, especially for remote workers. ps, if you like dogs, two very friendly dogs live on the beach next to the place and become your best friends, they greeted me with wagging tails everytime I arrived back to the house and often walked with me to the beach or to get a morning coffee. Made my trip! Emily.

This place was beautiful. We absolutely loved the private pool and also having access to the other 2 communal pools on the complex which both have sea views with restaurants and bars. We had an amazing time and this accommodation was perfect for me, my husband and our 2 children

Roberto and Ivan’s home was very beautiful from the interiors made of beautiful wood to the outdoor deck with the view of the lagoon which was very well maintained. They responded to all our questions and inquiries. They were also very helpful with local recommendations like breakfast and lunch spots. We had a wonderful time at their property and would book there again if we ever come back to Koh Chang.

YOU WAKE UP LOOKING AT ELEPHANTS EVERYDAY! This place was truly perfect. It’s very clean and spacious. The bathroom layout works surprisingly well and is comfortable. AC unit in the bedroom so slept good at night.

To begin with, the hosts kindly picked us up from the pier, took us to a restaurant and shortly after to to the house where we were warmly greeted with coconuts. The house is freshly constructed, cozy and perfect for a group of friends. It's surrounded by an organic farm and it's located in a peaceful area. We had the option to also rent their car, which totally contributed to conveniently going around the island. Overall, we had an amazing time and I would totally recommend booking this stay, the hospitality was more than we could've asked for.

Great location just steps from the beach! One of the rooms had a lovely sea view. The house was clean and spacious, and the cleaning lady was very friendly. We didn’t have much contact with the hosts, but they were kind enough to send us back some items we forgot. A relaxing and easy stay overall.

Wow, a wonderful house, can’t wait to go back, will only stay at that house if in Koh Chang. Amazing 👍👍👍👏👏👏
