The house is secluded on a lake plot on the island of Tranholmen - a car-free idyll that is separated by a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. The island is reached by ferry (8 min) from Ropsten where the subway goes. In winter, there is a footbridge to the island.

High location with lake views in several directions. Two large terraces with both morning and evening sun. Very child-friendly with playground, soccer field and sandy beach a couple of minutes from the house. Large trampoline on site. The house is reached by SL ferry from Ropsten or by pool rowing boats from Svanholmsparken, Stocksund.

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet

Inom 20 minuter är du på Stureplan. Efter en match på Tranholmens förstklassiga tennisbana är en bastu och bad i Saltjön stärkande.
