The cottage has two patios and free parking space for two cars. About 22 minutes by car from central Stockholm, you will find Vidja, which offers a hard-to-beat calm with birdsong, swimming lakes and nature reserves around the area. Note: Road conversions are in progress throughout the nearby area. Construction traffic may occur during daytime Monday-Friday (7:00 am - 4:00 pm)

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
