Use Azumino and Ikeda-cho as your base in the summer to explore the spectacular scenery of the Northern Alps. You can fully enjoy mountain sightseeing at this time of year, such as Kamikochi, Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, Hakuba and Happo Pond.From the second half of August to September, after the bustle of summer, you can enjoy the slightly calmer atmosphere of Shinshu. Go to the mountains and highlands during the day, and the tranquility of Satoyama at night. This is a rental cottage where you can enjoy a sauna, BBQ, and a starry sky. Recommended for those who want to relax in Azumino, as well as for one or more night stays as a base for sightseeing in Kamikochi and Hakuba. Convenient access to Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama-Kurobe.It can also accommodate group trips, family trips, and long-term stays.There is a laundry machine and a bathroom with a dryer function, so you can have a comfortable stay even for extended periods. You can also come by public transport, but the area is more convenient to have a car. Free pick-up and drop-off are available at Shinano-Matsukawa Station and Akashina Station.Other pick-up and drop-off services and sightseeing pick-up and drop-off services are available for 2,000 yen to 8,000 yen (round-trip fare) depending on the distance, within 2 hours each way.For groups of 5 or more, we can arrange a rental car, so please consult with us in advance. Opened in March 2025. 12-minute walk from Kanazawa Station. It is a calm and warm Japanese modern private rental accommodation in a convenient location for both sightseeing and business. The room has lots of windows on all sides and plenty of natural light, making it a bright and clean space. It is a compact and functional layout that can accommodate up to 6 people, making it perfect for group trips and families. If you stay with everyone, it's also great value for money! All rooms are flat with few steps, and the flow of movement from the entrance to the bathroom is smooth. Small children and the elderly can also stay with peace of mind. Another nice point is that there are 2 free parking spaces right in front of the building. It's easy to get heavy luggage in and out, and check-in on rainy days is also easy. There are also many sightseeing spots around. Higashi Chaya District is a 15-minute walk, and Kanazawa's kitchen, Omi-cho Market, is also easily accessible. We also recommend cooking and enjoying fresh seafood bought at the market in the kitchen of the inn. Enjoy a little special "home-cooked meal" while traveling. Enjoy a relaxing time while feeling the Kanazawa atmosphere.

"Yoko's Inn Wakuwaku" is a "separate" inn adjacent to the creative home cooking restaurant "Wakuwaku", limited to one group per day. There is a private entrance. The first floor is a living space with a dining table, and the second floor is a bedroom. From the window, you can see the vast rural landscape and the Northern Alps Tateyama mountain range in the distance. Guests can optionally have breakfast, dinner, etc. (breakfast 1,000 yen, dinner from 2,000 yen. Please ask). Features of this inn include songs and saxophone performances by the owner couple, a wood stove experience, a barbecue in the garden, and calligraphy lessons (extra charge).

Our private kura (Japanese storehouse), next to our family home, was renovated into a guesthouse in 2018. Enjoy the unique experience of staying in a real farmer's kura with the entire building all to yourselves. Our apple orchard is about a 5-minute walk away. During the apple season (late August to mid-November), you're welcome to enjoy complimentary apple picking.
