We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The location was very convenient for us, and Scott was a great host. We had everything we needed, and the apartment was comfortable and very clean. We did not do any cooking but appreciated having the kitchen and sitting areas. We had a very nice stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Great neighborhood and host! Very responsive and offered recommendations of true neighborhood gems like Charmed Kitchen, Meander Bar, Marta, and Water for Chocolate. This was my first time to Butcher’s Hill and it’s a great neighborhood. Property is an excellent value and well equipped. Solid recommend.

Great above-garage apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and comfortable king bed with walk in closet. Location is directly off the highway but not at all noisy. Had a little trouble finding the location (I accidentally drove past it the first time) but eventually realized I was at the wrong place. 10 minutes to downtown Annapolis.

We stayed with Wayne and Kathleen for three nights and loved our stay. Its a cozy cottage that sits above a beautiful, whimsical garden. We actually bumped into Wayne a couple times - great guy who made us feel right at home if we needed something but didnt hover - the perfect balance! This couple has loaded this place with all the amenities you could ask for. We felt like we were staying at a upstate new england B&B. Highly recommended, we hope to stay again!

Such a great stay! Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very quiet during our stay. Street parking was easy and always available. Will definitely stay again!

My daughter goes to school nearby. Its always nice to see how she comes in, as if it were her home away from home; thats why we always look for Yvette's place, its out home away from home.

Good neighborhood and place was well kept. Communication was good. A few things could be improved: The team we communicated with did not always have information about our specific location. We also suggest adding a few more items to the kitchen (like a dish drying rack, more utensils, and measuring cups) to facilitate cooking, but overall we made it work. Thank you very much!

Clean, tidy, enough space to cook, lounge, and sleep on comfy bed. Coffee and creamer with french press, Yay! Extra bedding. It was great - everything it should be. Light sleepers will want to sleep in the bedroom with the door shut. Pull-out bed sleepers should expect to hear every single word spoken by pedestrians as they walk past the window (bring earplugs). The Egyptian restaurant a few blocks away has a "dips" platter for around $10 (a GREAT value) that will serve at least 4 people and comes with 6 pita's.

My family and I love staying at Christine's space. the basement apartment is clean, spacious, kid-friendly and has everything you need to feel at home. While away one day, I asked for a step stool for my son. When I returned, I not only found the step stool at the front door, but on top of it was a dino toy and beside it were cars and trucks for my son to play with. Without asking, they provided my kiddo with extra toys to play with, all of which he enjoyed.

If you are going to Orioles games with kids, it's a great spot, as the room looked right at the stadium. My kids were mesmerized looking out the big glass windows. A much better deal/space than a hotel room. We enjoyed walking everywhere!

Renee is such a kind and gracious host, she was so helpful and accommodating! The unit was clean and very cozy for my weekend stay.

Karanja was very helpful every step of the way. We should have come when it was light out. It was slightly hard to find the place because our GPS said it was sooner than it actually was. So if it was light out, it would not be a problem. Great place!!!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the University of Maryland campus and nearby attractions. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting UMD or Washington, DC, and I would love to stay there again in the future!

Jenny’s place is amazing very comfortable and nice. Large space for one person. Definitely recommend to people who want to get away / visit Baltimore or those who are looking for long term stays. Jenny is very quick to respond and helpful with recommendations. It is an older house which adds to its charm. I will definitely be back!

My second stay was just as good as my first. Kelly is a great host who proactively checks in to make sure that things are going smoothly. the small space has a great Zen vibe to it, highly recommend for those who are good with minimalistic living. the shower is exceptionally nice.

Everything was great. I arrived late, with my daughter, got in easily, and went right to bed. I had a bit of trouble ensuring it was the right house in the photos, but only because they seemed to have added a deck since the photos were taken and it was late at night. We really didn’t use anything besides the bed or the bathroom but, everything seemed well stocked. It was very quiet. Bert was super helpful, allowing us to pay to leave our car for a last minute cruise. I felt my car was very secure while we were gone and it was a worry off my shoulders. Would definitely stay and do it again.

This was a really important life goal trip of mine, even though it’s the DMV area. They were super kind and it felt like a beautiful tropical pocket in the middle of what some might call a concrete jungle. They were super responsive, flexible, and kind hearted. There is also some beautiful wildlife, animals, and nature blossoming everywhere in the spring. 10/10 would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Trish's place. She was very helpful and friendly, and even shared an item from her own kitchen to make our stay even better. The place is very homey and cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. The neighborhood is peaceful and attractive.

We enjoyed staying in Rodrigo’s unit. In terms of sleeping arrangements, I prefer a firmer mattress—the bed provided was comfortable and perfect for me. I was able to work from home and go for walks around the beautiful neighborhood. Rodrigo was incredibly friendly and greeted us in person.

Nos hospedamos 3 noches con mi esposa y nos sorprendió gratamente el espacio, es mucho mejor de lo que se ve en fotos y vale la pena mencionar que la zona en donde se encuentra es muy limpia, familiar y rodeada de áreas verdes. Encuentras a máximo 5 minutos un Walmart, Aldi, cvs, gasolinera. Charles, el anfitrión siempre estuvo muy pendiente de cualquier necesidad y nos hizo sentir seguros. Para ser un basement sientes total independencia y comodidad, sin duda recomendamos el lugar y volveríamos en una próxima ocasión.
