Place looked exactly like pictures showed, clean, quiet, spacious. Smelled real nice. Plenty of room for all the stuff if staying for a few days. Convenient private parking off the street. Dimitriy is a great host, responds almost instantly, accommodated an extra night stay for me! The place was real easy to find, all the instructions given were precise and clear. I was in Utica travelling for work. I stayed for two weeks. This apartment was so cute and cozy. It had everything I needed to cook all my meals, do laundry and sleep comfortably. Chris was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Highly recommend and I will be back.

The price was right. Tasha communicated prior to checkin. This is a motel that was converted into Airbnbs. You can definitely hear your neighbors. But my neighbors were respectful and asleep at a reasonable hour. During the week you can hear the road traffic, but the weekends the road traffic is lighter and not noticeable as much early in the morning. Clean. I will be back.

This was the perfect place for my wife and 4 year old! Beds were extremely comfortable, and the dining and lounge area was great for family time. It was also a great location centralized to all the things we wanted to do! That included Herkimer Diamond Mines, Cooperstown and Sangertown Mall (Billy Beez)!
