We loved our stay in Somone in this very nice house, peaceful, spacious. The garden and pool are really very pleasant (despite the mosquitoes), and the beautiful size pool (and daily maintained) was a delight for the children. I am nostalgic for the sound of water and birds when I wake up... Babacar, (driver /guide) who manages the house was extremely responsive, and very friendly. Many thanks to him.

The four of us had an incredibly nice stay at Eric's place. Communication was easy. By car, everything was very quickly accessible. Cheich, cleaned the place daily and was super nice and helpful. The pool and roof terrace invited us to relax. Everything matched the photos. We would come back back.

Nathalie and Philippe welcomed us warmly to their beautiful villa with African charm, round roof and modern comforts. The pool and vegetation give the place serenity to spend good times with family or friends.☀️🌴🏊🏻‍♀️ Maty can cook delicious dishes to order and Ibrahim is much more than a guardian, he gives advice and a soul to the house! The house is also ideally located in Somone, a stone's throw from shops and the lagoon. Beautiful sites to visit: N'bandia reserve, Sine Saloum, Gorée Island and N'gor... I had an amazing weekend at Laurences. Trust me the place (especially backyard towards the beach) is absolutely beautiful. The staff is also incredible and super helpful. I had an amazing time. Fatou the cook is great, her meal are very good so if you are considering you should def get it.She made breakfast and dinner for us and oh my it was good. My only problem there and that you need to know is how dirty the ocean is. I was not expecting that. this is beyond the host control because the first comes from the ocean. we tried to clean it (at least in front of the house) but by the next morning it was all back. but it does not take away from the beauty of the home. The cleaning lady comes everyday and it stays spotless. and did I tell you about the massage? listening to the sound of the wave? amazing! please consider that as well. overall, I had an incredible time and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you again Laurence.

Beautiful, beachfront properties that are a great value for the money are hard to come by. This location definitely exceeded expectations. The breathtaking water view exceeded expectations and communication with the hosts was exceptional. Highly recommend!

The house is fantastic. Beautiful views. The host and the owner are amazing- and very responsive. Also, the host can cook really delicious meals for a very reasonable cost, if you co-ordinate with them. The facility is also very private and quiet. And even though it is just 40 mins from the airport, it is really far from the air routes. You will never hear any airplanes taking off or landing... just the sound of the waves! They also arranged to pick me up and drop me back to the airport! I highly recommend the property!

This was our second time staying here as a family with two children. We had a great time again! The apartment is clean, well-equipped and well-maintained. Fabienne communicates really well. We especially love the location, with easy access to the beach, a swimming pool perfect for young children learning to swim, and shops conveniently located just across the road.

Great Place to stay, pics don t do it justice, the appt is beautiful, close to the sea and close to all the good restaurants and the entertainment. Host is great at giving advice and pointing you towards the good direction. I definitely will be back.

We had a great 1-month stay. Well-placed accommodation. We enjoyed the pool to cool off in peace. Binta is charming and always ready to meet our needs. We enjoyed meeting Sam. We plan to come back to this. Senegal is very welcoming.

Fatima's place was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and had a bank and some restaurants located in the city. There is a mini outdoor gym and playground in the center of the complex which is nice to sit and watch the community. It's pretty close to the train station, and you can either walk or take a quick moto ride. I enjoyed the expresso machine, which has a choice of Nespresso or Starbucks. The internet works exceptionally well, which is great if you are working remotely and must partake in Zoom calls. I highly recommend the place. The photos actually are an accurate depiction of the space. Thanks

Sylvie's accommodation is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to come and go with direct access through the garden. For kids it's super convenient. The accommodation is very well furnished and very well equipped, with two exteriors. It is located a short walk to the residence's swimming pool and just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The shops across the street, around allow you to do your shopping on foot (Auchan, bakery, pharmacy) and many very good restaurants also within walking distance along the beach. We had a lovely stay with family at Sylvie's who was very generous with advice, responsive and flexible on schedules. You can book, you won't be disappointed.

Pierre's place is in a great location, a short walk from the beach and the city center of Popenguine; in a quiet and pleasant environment. The studio is very spacious with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. I had the pleasant surprise of having breakfast included, which was very appreciated. Pierre was very accommodating regarding my arrival and departure time and even booked the taxi for my departure at the airport. The pool is great for refreshing and relaxing. All the staff have been attentive, I highly recommend and will not hesitate to come back during future stays.
