It's comfortable, clean, and cozy. It was close to the terminal and e-mart, so the flow of people was really nice.

The location of the accommodation is good near Sokcho Market.

I met the host when I checked in, and he greeted me and helped me kindly. The indoor condition was really good, and the bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, and bedding were all good. I hope that this good condition will continue. Also, there was no noise, the sea view was so nice, and it was convenient to have a convenience store. I was worried that I had to use only one elevator because there was only one elevator in the hall, but it operated quickly. There was an additional cost, but the parking service was also good. Another advantage is that there are many restaurants nearby. I intend to revisit. Thank you for providing a nice accommodation.

I had a good rest in a neat and tidy accommodation without any shortcomings. The sunrise and the surrounding beach scenery were so good, so I want to come again next time~

3 adults stayed for 1 night. It was clean and nice enough to be a waste to stay for a day. The living room is also spacious, so I think it would be nice to have kids and families. And if you stay here I recommend the raw fish restaurant in Seolak Port 16-hoe-dong!! I had a really nice meal and had a nice stay. The location is perfect for having a drink and taking a taxi. I want to come again.

It's a comfortable and clean accommodation. The bedding was luxurious and the bed was comfortable, so I slept well. The sea view from the accommodation was so beautiful. It was a satisfying vacation.

The atmosphere of the accommodation is so good, the view is good, and the host seems to have a good taste. I always went to a hotel when I went to Sokcho, but I think I'll use this place often. It's right in front of the sea, and it's nice to have lots of places to walk around. There was a comment that the exterior was old, but I think it's great for this price. The boiler was also working, so it rained the day before and all the wet clothes were on the floor, so they dried up. ✨ I'll come again next time.

I liked the clean interior and bedding ~ I visited two houses with the babies, and the facilities were clean and there were many rooms, so I had a really comfortable rest!~ The day was so good that I roasted meat on the rooftop and had a drink at the mulberry bar in the evening ~ Singing!!!! It was a great time ~ ~ The beverage service was also really good! ~ Everyone is the best ~ ~

The space was spacious and pleasant, and the bathroom was very neat as if it had been remodeled. There are three rooms and a living room that's not too small, so I don't think it'll be stuffy even if more than four travelers stay. It was in a residential area, so it was very quiet, which was perfect for us traveling as a family, but I think it might not be the case for those who want a bustling travel atmosphere. It was very close to Goseong Beach, which the kids liked, and I was able to meet Cheongsolmo while running the Yeongrang Lake Dulle-gil, which is about 7km from the accommodation, as I enjoy running these days. Sokcho Jungang Market was about 10 minutes away by car, so I was able to go there comfortably. Each room decorated by theme was also impressive, but it was a bit of a shame that the two of us couldn't play the game because the stick of the 2P of the game console was broken or didn't move well. Thanks to the wonderful accommodation, we were able to have a great trip with a family of four for 2 nights and 3 days. Recommended.

Our stay was enjoyable - kids and pet dog enjoyed the most as the yard/gaden is amazing to run around and play! The home had some cleanliness issues but not major. The comfort and amenities inside the house were pretty good. the property structure is showing some age on the exterior(vs the pictures shown) but satisfied most other promised attributes. some unpromised supplies - like umbrellas, wipes ,stationery etc were provided in the house and they came in handy. The location is excellent - just off the main road and 5 min walking distance to a river bed .

I was very satisfied with this Sokcho trip. First of all, thank you to the host. I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm so satisfied that I'm leaving one. The weather was nice, but the accommodation was so nice. The host was really kind and told me all the information in advance, so I was able to use it easily and simply. The accommodation was very clean, and the atmosphere that the host decorated was so nice. The beam projector was especially a kick. I used it well before bed. There was a lake right in front of the accommodation, and it was so peaceful and beautiful. The walking course is so well done that I'm healing and going. Thank you.

The interior of the accommodation was really pretty, and it was nice to have a lot of places to go nearby. I'm so satisfied with this place that I want to go back to Goseong!

It was a great place to stay comfortably. Everything is as described and the pictures are accurate. I loved how responsive and helpful the host was.

It was nice to have a nearby roastery cafe and a large franchise cafe, There was also a convenience store about 3 minutes away on foot, so it was convenient. Parking was also no problem. It was a really relaxing accommodation where you can see Yeongrang Lake from the terrace and the cool breeze keeps blowing. I think it will be the best accommodation for those who like to take a walk or jog and like to relax. There were also 2 queen beds, so there was no problem sleeping with my baby. All nearby delivery restaurants were available for delivery. We have good memories of Yeongrang Lake and will visit again next time. Thank you for a great stay.

I had a 13-month-old baby, and it was so nice that I didn't have to worry about falling because there was a mattress room. The house was spacious and there was nothing missing, so I felt really comfortable during my stay. Parking was possible regardless of check-in, so I was able to visit the complicated Sokcho Beach without worrying about parking. I highly recommend it because I was more satisfied than expected, from the location to the cleanliness!!!

I was really surprised by the cleanliness that was comparable to a hotel. The host was so kind and responded quickly, and the sea was close in front of the accommodation, and there were many food and entertainment nearby, so I had a good time.

This is my second visit. I came the last time and I liked the location, so I came again this time. It's a new building, so it's clean and the location is my favorite. There were plenty of bedding and a table to sleep on the floor, so it was nice to pack several food and eat it. The TV didn't have a live broadcast, but that was a bit of a shame. Overall, it was a great place to stay ~ ~

I booked two separate days and stayed. It was a trip that departed late in the evening, but I was grateful for the quick response and for adjusting the time. It was even better because I remembered staying here a few years ago. I'm vulnerable to noise, but it was quiet when I went. I think it's cleaner! I don't have a toothbrush and toothpaste these days, but they were equipped. It's not an ocean view, but Sokcho Beach is 1 minute away..!! Above all, the location is nice, and I don't think there's a place like this for the price. I want to visit again.

I stayed here while traveling with my family, and it was a really relaxing and enjoyable time! It is cleaner than the pictures. The location of the accommodation was also perfect! There was a discount mart in front of the management room, so it was very convenient to buy simple snacks or drinks, and the food alley was close to the coastal road, so I was able to enjoy various restaurants easily. In the evening, with my family I went out for good food and was so happy! When I got back to the house after a long day of walking around, I really liked the quiet and cozy atmosphere. However, There is no free parking space. For those who come by car, we recommend parking around 5 o'clock in advance. And there are plenty of towels. It was provided, so I was able to use it without any inconvenience.

The place looked really nice, easily accsible to the rest of the city via bus stops or even walking. Would book here again if I had the opportunity to visit Sokcho again
