I booked this property on behalf of my colleague, which very much would recommend the place. The wiev over the lake is amazing, thank you Federico!

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We had an amazing stay at Adriana’s place, easy communication, she was so friendly and helpful, and we would return if we make a holiday in Rome again 🤩❤️

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico e non posso che raccomandare vivamente questa struttura. L'alloggio è molto pulito, ampio e confortevole, perfetto per rilassarsi. I padroni di casa, Gianni e Carolina, sono persone squisite che fanno sentire gli ospiti ben accolti. La casa presenta un'ampia veranda coperta e un giardino attrezzato con barbecue, in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. Tutto era in ottimo stato e la casa confortevole. Un encomio va al signor Gianni che In questo periodo di giornate così fredde, la sua attenzione ai dettagli ha fatto la differenza. Mi ha chiamata la mattina per informarsi riguardo l'orario del mio arrivo e, al mio ingresso, ho trovato i termosifoni accesi, creando un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Questa coccola non è passata inosservata e ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

Great place to stay near Rome! Very easy access to all Rome has to offer and still being peaceful and private!

Le logement correspond à la description et se situe à 15 minutes à pieds des jardins de la villa Borghese. Celeste est disponible et accueillante. Elle nous a aidé de résoudre une situation très embetante. Nous recommandons +++

Queda a dos minutos de varias estaciones de bus que es lo más económico y fácil de usar del transporte de Roma, se encuentra un supermercado a 5 minutos Lo súper recomiendo

El piso es muy bonito, tranquilo y puedes disfrutar un poco de naturaleza y aire libre . Daniela y su mamá han sido muy amables y resolutivas. Y el barrio es encantador con un poco de vida y muy gente local. Sin dudas lo recomendamos sobre todo para largas estadías ya que se descansa muy bien .

Had one of our six not gotten sick for a day and a half, we would have said this was our ALL TIME BEST vacation choice. Clearly no fault of our hosts that we missed out on a day. We are just grateful that the house was a great place to rest and sit out a day.

Neben dem Whirlpool gab es sogar ein Boxsack zum trainieren und eine PlayStation 3. Als wir angekommen sind hat uns Antonio sogar etwas zum Essen da gelassen und auch einige Getränke, wie Wasser, Bier und sogar Sekt. Kaffee war auch vorhanden. Also wirklich eine super Erfahrung und schöne Unterkunft gewesen!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Salima, qui est une hôte très attentionnée et amicale. Nous recommandons les petits-déjeuners sur la terrasse au soleil, avec les chants des oiseaux. C'est un atout énorme, car le logement est un peu trop petit pour que 4 personnes mangent. L'emplacement dans Rome est excellent, idéal pour les visites ! Nous recommandons !

The place was very clean, spacious and beautiful design. Perfect location, right by the train station. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The property is big and gated which made us feel even safer day and night. The sink in the bathroom was spacious and was able to spread our skin care items on it. Make sure you watch through all the videos of getting to the room so you don’t get lost like we did.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for our 5 days in Rome. Walkable to many sights, and close to a taxi stand for those that were a bit further than we wanted to walk. The neighborhood is very active, with lots of dining options. The apartment was a great size for our family of 3 (2 adults and a young child) with plenty of storage. Having a second bathroom/shower was a real perk. Although the street is busy during the day, it’s far enough from Navona that it was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend!

Il nostro soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato davvero piacevole. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande disponibilità e gentilezza. L’host si è dimostrato sempre attento e pronto ad aiutarci nella risoluzione di ogni piccolo problema, facendoci sentire a nostro agio e benvenuti. È evidente l’impegno e la cura dedicati all’accoglienza degli ospiti, e questo ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più positiva. Siamo felici di essere stati tra i primi a soggiornare qui e auguriamo il meglio per questa nuova avventura. La posizione è centrale e comoda a ristoranti, porto e stazione. A due passi dal mare. Consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole e un host attento e disponibile.

Heerlijk appartement met mooi terras en gezellige serre. Geweldig geleden in het levendige centrum van Trastevere. Wel heel licht ‘s ochtends doordat er niet alle ramen gordijnen hebben.

Sehr tolle Gegend die perfekt angebunden ist. Ich war schon mehrmals in Rom und würde immer wieder in die Unterkunft von Jochen. Das Viertel ist wirklich toll, man kann super schnell zum Bus um in die Innenstadt zu fahren, hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und tolle Cafes direkt am Piazza um die Ecke - Testaccio ist ein wahrer Traum! In der Wohnung war auch alles in Ordnung und sauber :)

Dank Andreas hat alles bestens und unkompliziert geklappt. Zusammen mit der tollen Wohnung in hervorragender Lage und dem bombastischen Wetter hatten wir eine herrliche Zeit in Rom. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s apartment. It was very spacious. The rooftop patio is so nice with beautiful sunset views including the Colosseum. The location is perfect being close to the Colosseum and not too far of a walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We took an Uber to the Vatican as it was a bit far for us to walk. There are many nice restaurants near the apartment. We arrived the day the Pope passed away so the city was very busy. We had a lovely visit in Rome and staying in Michael’s apartment was great!

We had a lovely stay at Marianna's. She was an amazing host, communicated excellently and provided lots of recommendations.

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.
