Alloggio pulito e ordinato. Praticamente di fronte al mare e a due passi dal centro, ma contestualmente in zona tranquilla. Splendida terrazza riservata per pranzi e cenette all'aperto. Consigliato.

The place was great, even during the off-season. Good location, amplr room, good appliances. During the off-season, make sure to make reservations for restaurants since some are closed and the popular restaurants fill up.

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

Tisha and Marco are incredible hosts. Their beach apartment is beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice. Air conditioning in the rooms is a nice break from the hot sun. Montesilvano is a breathtaking beach town. It’s relaxed, everyone bikes around, and we felt very safe with our 2 young kids. They especially loved the bunk beds in the apartment! And on top of that you’re 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and 3 minutes from an incredible gelato and coffee shop. Take advantage of the pedestrian walkway. I would not hesitate to book here if staying in Montesilvano!

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer großartigen Umgebung. Sehr nah am Meer und mitten im Ortszentrum. Vom Flughafen 20 min mit dem Bus entfernt - sonst sind keine Verkehrsmittel nötig, da alles was man braucht & anschauen möchte (Museen, etc.) fußläufig erreichbar ist. In der Wohnung war alles was wir benötigten an Handtüchern, Bettzeug, Küchenutensilien & gutem WLAN. Eine Empfehlung für alle, die abseits der großen Städte etwas italienischen Flair erleben möchten :)

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Simonetta zelf. We voelden ons direct thuis en ze gaf ons de nodige uitleg van de accommodatie. Mochten we nog iets nodig hebben, qua taxi, fietsen, … dat regelde ze dat voor ons. Ik zou er zo zelf kunnen wonen in het verblijf, heel gezellig en knus. Gelijk het op de foto’s te zien is. Strand is op wandel afstand. Ik kan geen min punten opnoemen eigenlijk die wij hebben ervaren tijdens het verblijf. Super verblijf en super host. Dank je wel Simonetta voor het warme onthaal.

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

Ich kann dieses Haus mit dem großartigen Garten nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und waren angenehm überrascht, wie schön und komfortabel alles war. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und herzlich, und haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub mit traumhaftem Meerblick! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, 9 Tage in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft zu verbringen und sind begeistert! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst diskret und sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Sollte es einmal zu Problemen kommen, reagieren sie unglaublich schnell und finden umgehend Lösungen. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Zudem befindet sich die Unterkunft nur etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von wunderschönen Stränden entfernt, die in der Umgebung zu finden sind. In nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man das malerische Dorf Montepagano. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Nous avons occupé les deux appartements pendant une semaine au mois d’août . Notre premier critère était de des trouver un logement pour 15 personnes pour des vacances en famille enfants et cousins . Nous voulions un logement confortable avec un extérieur pour les grandes tablées familiales . Et être à proximité de la Mer pour que chacun puisse être autonome à son rythme . En cela la villa Arzilla a été parfaite ! En plus nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires très sympathiques qui ont été très à l’écoute de nos besoins et hyper réactifs! Même si cela reste secondaire Le style des appartements nous a beaucoup plu avec son esprit brocante vintage ! La petite plage accessible à proximité n’est pas paradisiaque il y a bien sûr des plages plus jolies aux alentours mais à nous elle a beaucoup plus car elle était notre plage quasi privée très peu fréquentée et aussi parce que nous avons pu y apporter tout le matériel de plage lits et parasol mis à disposition par Les propriétaires . Pour y être plus à l’aise je vous conseille de faire la connaissance de Mario le « patron » de la plage et de vous en faire un allié . Malgré son Apparence acariâtre il est très sympathique et il vous racontera son histoire de grand styliste et de grand nageur ! Bonnes vacances à la villa arzilla à la découverte de la magnifiQue région des Abruzzes !

L’appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di ogni conforto. Il bagno piccolo ma funzionale, il soggiorno con il divano letto perfetto. Ottimo l’angolo cottura ricavato sul terrazzo chiuso con vetrate scorrevoli, così da poter cucinare senza avere odori in casa. Il vero valore aggiunto di questo appartamento è però il terrazzo. Grande vivibile e ottimamente attrezzato! Impagabile è anche il posteggio interno e gratuito. La posizione è molto comoda per chi come noi vuole una vacanza a misura di bambino o della tranquillità. Il mare è raggiungibile dopo pochi passi, tant’è che tornavamo a casa per il pranzo senza alcun problema. L’unica pecca è la mancanza di servizi nelle immediate vicinanze (bar, ristoranti, ecc… è presente sotto casa una piccola struttura che fa cibo tipico da mangiare in loco e da asporto, ci ha salvato almeno un paio di cene!) ma comunque nulla che non possa essere risolto utilizzando delle biciclette.

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

We loved this place, perfect for a group of friends.

Angela und Massimilliano sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen zwischendurch auch mal nach ob alles in Ordnung ist oder was fehlt. Da sie selbst auch im Haus wohnen sind sie schnell bei Problemen vor Ort. Die Kommunikation ist recht schnell. Zur Wohnung Der Ausblick ist einfach phänomenal. Man sollte sich aber vorher im klaren sein das man im 15. Stock ist und das Geländer ist etwas mehr als hüfthoch. Ansonsten alles positiv die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für tägliche Bedürfnisse reicht. Küche, Waschmaschine, Fön, Grundausstattung und vieles mehr. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren frisch. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Das Café im ersten Stock hat eine gute Auswahl morgens zum Kaffee und wir haben dort jeden Abend unseren Absacker genossen. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und kostenlos. Zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten. Über die Straße und schon da. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Fabrizio was so kind, being flexible with our check-in time since we were traveling in from Assisi and accidentally got off at the wrong train stop! The place was beautiful- very clean and cared for. The location was one block away from the beach and vespa rentals!! Everything was within walking distance. The city was a beautiful way to spend the weekend. We could not be happier with the stay. El apartamento es más bello aún que lo que muestran las fotos. Se siente como a estrenar, super limpio, cómodo y muy moderno. Sistema de climatización centralizado. Mirabela siempre respondió rápido y muy amablemente. Buen lugar para estacionar el auto en la calle, por lo menos fuera de temporada. Hay supermercados, restaurantes y todo lo necesario en la zona. El mar se encuentra muy cerca y se puede ver desde el balcón. Me encantó el lugar. Volvería sin dudarlo. Gracias Mirabela!!!

Sono stato nell'appartamento di Francesco per circa 10 giorni con la mia famiglia e tutto é stato perfetto. L'aiuto di Francesco é sempre stato impeccabile, soptattutto quando abbiamo chiesto la culla per nostra figlia che ci ha fatto trovare gia montata e pronta. L'appartamento é spazioso e gode di una doppia esposzione che aiuta quando fa piu caldo. Per chi ha il sonno leggero come me, é possibile chiudere le finestre per evitare di sentire i treni la mattina usando il condizionatore che rinfrescava tutta casa. La cucina é fornita di tutto cio che serve per cucinare e mangiare quindi é stato molto utile. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Casa molto carina e dotata di tutti i comfort in un contesto signorile con posto auto interno, posizione fantastica occorre semplicemente attraversare la strada per andare al mare o per raggiungere la pista ciclabile ed essendo ubicata nella centrale Piazza S.Alfonso si trovano tutti i tipi di attività e servizi oltre ai vari eventi che vengono svolti nella suddetta piazza, volendo si può non utilizzare la macchina per tutta la permanenza. La consiglio vivamente anche a famiglie con figli per la praticità e la tranquillità del posto. Il Sig. Michele persona simpatica e disponibile ci ha fornito tutte le spiegazioni all'arrivo ed è rimasto a disposizione anche durante la permanenza. Esperienza da ripetere.
