I stayed at Chiara's for 3 nights, the house is well-maintained and comfortable, small but well-equipped, perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the free parking a few steps from the house. Me and my partner spent 10 days at Dino‘s and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Starting from the excellent communication beforehand, the warm welcome at the apartment all up to the personal selected recommendations for hikes and restaurants. The flat had everything we needed, including a welcome gift and was very clean and tidy. The surroundings are quiet and there’s even a winery with excellent Passerina to buy next door. The stay exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to spend our next holidays at ‚casa dolci marche‘.

Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

Small and beautiful apartment, equipped with everything you need. Very clean and equipped for any eventuality. A stone's throw from the sea, the center, and everything. Beautiful decor. Great stay, spacious and really close to city center and the beach!

Very nice apartment, new, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The terrace is beautiful and the sea view of Cupra Marittima is a fairy tale that you can experience at any time while staying in this house. We'll definitely be back. Cupra Marittima is a cute town with friendly locals and managers of the premises. Very helpful and super friendly host.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

Tina was always available and responsive. He made us feel at home with lots of tips about the area. The apartment is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, great for those looking for a base for activities in the area. Highly recommended

Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

I stayed at Novella's place for 4 weeks, and it was a perfect home base for me to relax and recharge during my travels through Europe. It was a quiet village and a nice change of pace from the bustling cities that I had previously visited. I would say that I wish I had a car because I could have explored more of the Abruzzo region, but Pescara was easily accessibly by train for nice beach days. There is also a bus that runs frequently to go up the hill in Chieti for some museums, parks, and restaurants. The bus from Rome is about 2 hours, there are only about 2-3 a day but it was more reliable and quicker than the train. I enjoyed my stay and Novella was fantastic :) She was so kind and responsive the whole time I was there.

Highly recommended! Excellent welcome on arrival, impeccable cleanliness! Absolutely nothing was missing! Sandra and her husband made us feel right at home! Really good people, you can see that they care a lot about what they do! The house is a real gem! Thank you so much for everything: we will be back.

Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed. It's a little longer on foot to the sea, but we were happy to walk, we could borrow bikes. Great place for mountain trips in Abruzzo. The whole trip was great, we enjoyed it and we would like to come back in the future.

We stayed at Fabrizio's apartment for more than a month. Everything was absolutely perfect! Fabrizio's dad is a sweetest person, he helped us with literally everything ☺️The location is just top, there is a view of both mountains and the seaside from the terrace. You have pizzeria da Michele and amazing ice cream place just 5 min walk away, and there is even a supermarket in the building. Apartment is clean and spacious, there is everything you would need. 100% recommended!

Great experience, Martina was a very kind host, always available for any request. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, very clean and well organized. The sea, beautiful, easily reached with a 6/7 minute walk. Nearby there is everything you need, supermarkets, tobacco, pharmacies, and bars. Also close to the village of Grottammare Alta, with a view of the crazy sea. Conveniently reachable by scooters, bicycles or walking, along the very long cycle-pedestrian cycle, also the beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto, with many bars and restaurants. It was really a nice stay, thanks again to Martina and the kind Ivana, who made us feel at home right away!

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt as comfortable in other places as we did here. They were really friendly hosts and in addition they took care of our furry friend when we were not at home... an unforgettable experience, in fact, we will soon be more than happy to go back! thank you.

Extremely cozy house with every amenity. Equipped with everything. Sabrina and her family are exquisite people, always available, welcoming and ready to solve any kind of problem that may arise. The sea can be reached by car in 15 minutes, but the house is a few minutes from the village of Ripatransone, a gem. Thank you for everything
