Bo en halvtimmes bilfärd från Kalmar och med cykelavstånd till havet (4 km). Här har du även nära till vackra vandringsleder och ca 40 min med bil till Öland eller Karlskrona. Ni har egen ingång till er lägenhet och rår om er själva. På gångavstånd finns också vackra Möre golfbana. Bra restaurang och spa finns på Stuvenäs. (4 km) Du/ni sover gott i nya och bekväma sängar och ni får gärna inta era måltider ute i villans trädgård. Annars finns kök & matplats i er lägenhet. Grill finns att låna.

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Stenhaga, hus med sjötomt, ca 80 meter från vår egna sjö. Stort trädäck med bord och sittplatser. Liten sandstrand. Flytbrygga med badstege. Huset ligger nära Smedstugan, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Fiske ingår. Inplanerad lax. En fisk ingår i hyran därefter 130 kr / lax. Roddbåt ingår. Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

Stuga i modern stil med havsutsikt

Stugan ligger precis intill Östersjön, utanför Bergkvara beläget mitt emellan Kalmar och Karlskrona med ca 4 mil till vardera städer (ca 25 minuter med bil). Stugan byggdes klart 2022 och är 45kvm + loft. Stugan har alla bekvämligheter man kan tänka sig med havsutsikt från samtliga rum. Lakan & handdukar kan hyras för 15€/150 sek per set. 150m från stugan ligger även badplats med sandstrand, badbryggor och flotte, samt fantastiska vandringsleder både norr och söderut.

Välkommen till ett mycket fräscht, ljust och mysigt hus med det lilla extra. Huset ligger väldigt fint till i småländsk miljö med närhet till hav, ängar och skog. En stor bonus är golvvärmen i hela huset, kaminn som värmer dig, avslappnande vildmarksbad och bastu. Ta gärna kontakt om ni undrar över något. Välkomna!
