You have your own entrance to your apartment and advise you. Walking distance is also beautiful Möre golf course. Good restaurant and spa is available at Stuvenäs. (4 km) You/You sleep well in new and comfortable beds and you are welcome to have your meals out in the villa's garden. Otherwise, there is a kitchen & dining area in your apartment. Barbecue is available to borrow.

Charming cottage in beautiful Järnsida, a leisure area by the sea with walking distance to swimming area. The cabin is located next to a wooded area. Lawn for outdoor activities, two terraces in different weather conditions. There is a barbecue and indoors there is a fireplace to burn in. Two single beds, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed are provided. Laundry machine in bathroom and shower with entrance from outside. 30 min to Kalmar and about 45 min to Karlskrona. Grocery store is located in Bergkvara about 2 kilometers away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

Here you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony and watch the sun set over the water, or have a morning coffee on the front patio with morning sun. Private jetty with swimming ladder. Quiet area close to nature. In the area, there is a swimming area with barbecue area, outdoor gym, playground, boule court and hiking trail. You share the garden & jetty with the host family (2 adults, 2 children). Cleaning is not included. Bed linens and towels can be rented at an additional cost.

Welcome to this fresh and cozy cottage in scenic Bergkvara, just a few hundred meters from the sea. Cozy plot with room for play, food and socializing. The cottage has 5 sleeping places divided into two bedrooms. With a short walk you are down by the swimming area, where there is also kiosk, restaurant and mini golf. Torsås, where necessary shops are located, is reached by car, about 10 minutes. Daily activities are close by such as child-friendly beach, boat trip to Garpen's lighthouse, hiking trails along the coast, and more.

The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was completed in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150 meters from the cottage is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming docks and raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

In front of you, you have a charming and modern lake cottage with a completely unique location right next to the edge of beautiful Kalmarsund. Now you have the opportunity to enjoy our lovely paradise, which is located between two award-winning summer towns, namely between Kalmar and Karlskrona. The small house is located with a car ride of about 30 minutes to the two cities. As you probably understand, there are plenty of different excursions. If you extend your trip to Kalmar, you will also reach pleasant Öland.

PARADISET for rent

Rent out my Paradise located in the countryside only 5 km outside picturesque Kristianopel. Stay in peace and quiet in an old setting. The paradise is newly renovated and modern equipped. New drilled water well in February 2025. 2 double beds are available as well as a sofa bed in the living room. It has a perfect starting point for excursions to the island of Öland, in Sweden's glass kingdom or pure nature. Peaceful location and a kilometer to the nearest supermarket. The cottage is newly renovated . Bed linen and towels are provided.
