Typical construction of rural region of the Apulian hills, this tiny farm is surrounded by a fourishing nature with its typical age-old olive and fruit trees. The agricultural tool's depot and animal shelter is now a spacious and comfortable living room with a double bed sofa and a big fireplace. Two trulli have now become cosy bedrooms both with a double bed and a single bed. There are two bathroom with shower. One is located in the house, the other is beside equipped with a washing machine. Behind this bathroom there is a external shower under a big olive tree, very loved to our guests.

SILVESTRO'S HOUSE - Private house

La Casa di Silvestro is an elegant stone residence, ideal for immersing yourself in the tranquility of the Itria Valley. Two bright and comfortable double bedrooms, a large kitchen, and two private atriums provide an oasis of absolute peace. A single sofa bed is available upon request. The host enhances the stay with tastings of typical products, traditional dishes, extra-virgin olive oil produced from the property's own olive trees, and local wine, for an authentic Apulian culinary experience.

Stone seaside studio

Located within the ancient Corte Forno Sant'Orsola, the stone studio, fully equipped, is just a stone's throw away from the sea and the public beach. Right in the heart of the historic centre, where the ancient communal bakehouse once stood, you immerse yourself in a unique experience, surrounded by stone, history, and the sea, getting lost in the narrow white streets and breathing in the typical air of Apulian historic centres. The area is vibrant yet peaceful, full of restaurants and bars.

The Fisherman's Cottage

This house is on the ground floor in the historic center of Mola di Bari. It was renovated in 2015 by recovering two rooms used in the past as a storage for the fishing nets of one of the most famous fishermen in the area: my father. It has two entrances: a main one on Via Duomo 19 and a secondary one. It is close to restaurants, the sea, pharmacies, bars and nightlife. My place is good for couples, families (with kids) and small furry friends (pets). CIS: BA07202891000037090

SusMezzAbbasc - Entire house on 3 floors

It is in the heart of the historic center, very close to the city's main street. It is a historic building, developed on 3 levels with a room per floor connected by stairs, with historic furnishings, large kitchen, two double bedrooms and terrace with outdoor shower and an enchanting view. It overlooks one of the most magical squares in the city, quiet and elegant, with balconies. The stairs have handrails, but we do not recommend the place for people with limited mobility.

Trulli di Mezza

I Trulli di Mezza is an ancient rural complex that can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in a simple and hospitable setting. Minimalist furnishings leave the space to the stone arches and niches that take center stage. Located in the heart of the Valle d'Itria, they offer a shared swimming pool with another apartment located within the same property. I Trulli are located a few minutes' drive from the sea and the beautiful beaches of the Apulian east coast.

A unique experience, ideal for unplugging. An old house renovated on 3 levels by a local artist, special details and sophisticated attention to detail leave an indelible memory. Antique floor brought back to life, breathtaking terrace, one bathroom per floor and air conditioning, a double room with Indonesian bed and a very small room but ideal for a 2nd couple and possible daughter/son (bunk bed). The house is located in the central area of Mola di Bari. Within walking distance are bakeries, a fishmonger, butcher, supermarkets, greengrocers, and pizzerias. Just a 3-minute walk away is the main square, castle, harbor and promenade. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioners, washer-dryer, TVs and other amenities. A few kilometers by car you can reach Cozze, Polignano a Mare, Bari, Torre a Mare, Monopoli, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, etc...

The airport is 9 km away, the station 6. about 800 meters away. Parking is 5 euros per day.

Il Cigno, Beautiful house with large terrace

Our house was build more than one hundred years ago, with thinck limestone walls and high ceiling, at a few meters away from Polignano downtown and from Arco Marchesale, where you can find many restaurants, coffees and shops. Into the house you will find a desk and a library dedicated to book crossing. The books are availale for the guests: you should take away what you like and leave what you have readed, also with a message for the next reader.
