Quiet area, bus stops around 900 m, big supermarket around 1 km. 3 km to the center and 3,5 km to the beach. No noises while there are concerts or festivals in town. Not suitable for the people who have allergy for pets. Me or my representative will meet you and explain all the details. Suitable to the families with a baby if you have your own babycot with you. This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
