Great accommodation! Super complete apartment, with everything you and your family may need for days of rest and comfort. The condominium is very well organized, with a gym, several options of heated swimming pools and the sea to the bottom — a true setting of tranquility. A special highlight goes to the restaurant: you place the order by message and they deliver directly to the beach, the pools or the apartment. Total amenity! The region is very quiet, no shops nearby, but since we were by rental car, that was no problem. Without a doubt, an experience we want to repeat!

Joao's apartment is just like the photos, impeccable, a unique view of the beach, he is always ready to answer all kinds of questions. Downtown, pharmacies and supermarkets are within a 10-minute walk. It's a very safe place to walk at night. The prices are very affordable and without a doubt Porto de Galhina is a paradise, don't miss out on it. We'll definitely be back.

It was like feeling at home, which in addition to having everything necessary, has a good, clean, clear energy, foot in the sand and a delicious swimming pool. Glauce is a great host, she was already anticipating the information we needed. Amaro and Fabiana served us in the services of the house and in the food. Everything perfect. The house has the integrated spaces of the living room, kitchen and a land with various environments and allows people to stay close, seeing themselves, participating in the activities. It has the gourmet area for barbecue, redário, well wooded garden with shadows. Just bring clothes and food, like Glauce said :) We intend to go back.

Excellent stay. Condoninio organized and quiet, home very comfortable, beautiful, wide and with all the utensils/furniture needed for a family. Contains private parking and swimming pool, air-conditioning, fan, barbecue, beach chairs, etc. Local convenience (number in the refrigerator) delivers to the house, quickly, at no cost and contains a variety of products that are eventually missing. Points of Improvement and Feedback have already been reported to the Host.

Everything posted on the page was as is, more than what you see in them. A quiet place,sure, close to the pedestrian center. Ocean view and private beach access. The equipment of the spectacular kitchen. Just a suggestion, clarify that water and light drums must be paid when handing over the keys, not included in the price of the accommodation.

House close to the beach, spacious,we had a problem as soon as we arrived with the air-conditioning,but it was quickly resolved. Luís's Flat is very nice. There was only one problem that made me very upset. Louis and the laundry staff are charging me a value for non-skin stains. The problem was already there. The people who stayed in the room unfortunately did not tell me so that I could take pictures and communicate to Luís. The bottom sheet was stained. But it was clean, so the staff didn't think it necessary to let me know. The laundry left another guest over and now they are trying to push me into this situation. Regrettable. I've never had that kind of problem. Prisoned for the care of other people's things. I invite responsible and trusted people when I rent. Unfortunately, they didn't tell me about this. Even the towels are accusing me of having stained. The evidence they have are of folded towels and the top sheet of the bed, which you can't see anything stain , of course. The problem with the sheet was the bottom and the folded towels cannot be seen such stains. Be careful, take as many photos as possible.

Casinha 04 is an extremely cozy and comfortable space. We found exactly what was in the description, an organized space with all the necessary equipment to spend the days of carnival. Our stay at Patrícia's (Hostess) flat was fantastic! Everything was pristine clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Very cozy place. The condominium offers activities for children in addition to being right on the sand. It also offers chairs, a sunshade and a small table. Making everything more comfortable and pleasant. Patrícia was always available and very helpful at all times. He left tips for good restaurants that deliver. Which made it very easy. We intend to go back again and again. Our experience was great.
