In the heart of historic downtown Ipswich, the John Brewer house has been a family home since 1680! This fully renovated apartment features many modern amenities, like hi-speed internet, 50" and 55" televisions with streaming channels. There is parking for two cars, and we are a short walk to Market Street, the commuter rail to Boston, a large park for children, and many fantastic local restaurants. Drive to Boston or Maine in 45 mins; Salem or Gloucester in 30 mins; Crane Beach in 10 mins!

We had a great time at Jackie and Mike‘s house. We loved the quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The suite itself was super clean and has a very nice and modern interior. It was also equipped with everything you need, and they even provided snacks and drinks. The communication was awesome, and we felt very welcome. Great hosts! Leroy responded quickly to my questions. He stocked the apartment with Keurig cartridges, which I appreciate. This location is fun - on a bit of land, almost a tiny island, in a small pond. There was a great blue heron on the driveway twice in the morning, and I also saw a Baltimore oriole along the driveway. The apartment was very clean and just what I needed in just the right place.

absolutely beautiful place outside of town in the country, very peaceful and quiet, the air bnb was spotless and very comfy. Linda is a great host and very responsive and would recommend this place to anyone. the place is very roomy and the country setting is gorgeous. we weren't able to check in until early the next morning and she was ok with that and everything was as listed.

The softest towels of any Airbnb or hotel I’ve ever stayed in, super cute and charming decor, the property is beautifully landscaped with easy parking. We walked to get dinner our first night and were grateful for the air conditioning as it was very hot out our second day. This is a great Airbnb!
