You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

House was stunning, and huge. The tranquillity, peace and quiet was amazing. Sitting on the deck with a coffee and listening to the birds....bliss!! Tasman was super responsive and helpful, wonderful host. Highly recommend booking this beautiful property. The nespresso pods, biscoff cookies and chocolate were a huge hit for us.

This was such a lovely beach home, the kind you dream of! It was wonderful having views of the water from every corner of the home. Everything in the home was beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. We tried kayaking and fishing and enjoyed it very much. The boys enjoyed playing on the lawn outside and the husband prepared a simple bbq on the patio. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely be recommending friends over!

Spacious and tidy house, view was amazing!

This is the second time we’ve visited Paul’s place and hopefully they’ll be another. It’s a quintessential Australian coast house, full of character and warmth. The beach is across the road and you fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. Heaven! Great back yard, everything you need and Paul is a 10 out of 10 host!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at a coastal Airbnb in Patonga! The stunning ocean views and chraming atmosphere. The beautifully decorated space and welcoming host created a lovely atmosphere. The location was great for exploring nearby beaches and local charm. Highly recommend this Patonga getaway!

A lovely beach cottage. Perfectly located minutes from the stunning Shelly Beach, a fantastic local cafe and a short walk to the local surf club and golf club The cottage itself is basic but has all you need for a few nights stay. Perfect for a quick break by the beach. The host Elizabeth was friendly and helpful in her messages and provided some local intel on cafes etc.

We had a fantastic short stay at this house with our family. An older home that has been tastefully updated and well-considered. Not pretentious, comfortable with a focus on the breathtaking views over the Patonga township and water below. Taking cues from the adjacent bush, distant headlands and coastal views, the comprehensive interior upgrades and choices, colours and furniture are relaxed and calming, we felt at home immediately. It doesn't have a new blingy kitchen or bathroom, but it doesn't need it at all. They have been refreshed and have everything you need for cooking up a storm. The landscaping/gardens, heated pool, firepit and sauna are stunning and clearly designed by someone who knows what they are doing. Really friendly and helpful hosts We'll be back.

Our family of 9 adults and 2 littlies stayed at Ahara house for a long weekend getaway! Was like a wellness retreat! Sauna & plunge pool were well used! Beautiful area to walk in, playground close by for toddler….Ineka gave plenty of great recommendations for walks & eating spots! Living area perfect for family gatherings & board games played into the wee morning hours!! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

Wonderful holiday home and host. We had a fab time. The home is Super close to beach with a short easy walk, and nestled in a quiet pocket. It’s just minutes walk to the surf club cafe or Avoca and Terrigal restaurants and shops by car. The home is well designed and thoughtfully equipped, I was able to host my Martha Stewart inspired luncheon! Beds were comfy and the bathrooms spacious. Entertainment was endless with board games, pool and table tennis plus tv streaming. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends. Adrian the gracious host is friendly and quick to communicate. This stay was Airbnb at its best. We’ll be back!

6 friends enjoying an annual getaway found Anna’s fabulous home the perfect place to escape for the weekend. We had an amazing stay here! The views were absolutely stunning, and the property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. It was truly worth every moment. The hosts were exceptional—attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chloe is a great host, she provided very clear instructions and was extremely responsive Her place is very bright and the sunset from her deck was beautiful. You can easily walk to surrounding beaches and take a short drive to nice places to eat. Being able to take our dog with us was a great bonus. Her place is fully fenced with plenty of apace for them and an off-leash beach area in walking distance. Loved it !

Perfect place to stay for a fall weekend. We arrived at Friday night and found everything as described. Saturday we went to one of the nice cafes and then to Bouddi National Park. In the afternoon I took a trip around the lake in one of the kayaks. That was pretty amazing. The trip was great and the place is very nice for a weekend with friends. Thanks Stephen!

I didn’t want to leave this beautiful home! Waking up to the view of the lagoon and the sound of birds singing was truly magical. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a peaceful retreat. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch and absolutely delicious. Nathan and Joanne were very responsive and made everything smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place for a restful and nourishing getaway. Thank you!

If you're looking for a place to take a NDIS participant for respite whilst keeping their daily routine and building life skills this little flat is perfect. Would not reccomend for Participants with mobility issues. It melted my heart when my participant said "I can see myself living in a place like this". Linen was clean, towels were Sheridan and kitchen had all the appliances to make home cooked meals. the private patio was a bonus to watch the birds in the morning. Location near Erina fair or Bateau bay square. So easily could buy supplies. Definitely coming back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it had everything we needed, spacious layout for our 6 and 10 year old kids. Shops, cafe's, restaurants and beach are very close by. We would love to stay again sometime. Highly recommend this stay. Thanks Brittany, Sharon and Steve.

Adrian and Fiona's Home in Belmont, is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is also very spacious and perfect for a couple that needs a place to stay near Lake Macquarie and Belmont. There is a beautiful nature all around you if you have time to explore. The driveway to the airbnb is tight and there is no room to turn around at the end so reversing out is required. We had a large car so that was a bit tricky, especially as we were asked to stay on the driveway not the grass. Apart from that I would certainly recommend staying here and would stay again.

We loved our weekend here. Perfect for our little family and lots to entertain our toddler - thanks Janet and Matt for setting up the cot!
