Only 2 minutes from the train station (5 stations to the CBD) and bus stop. Very close to local restaurants, a small supermarket, and many cafes. Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. If you play golf I can arrange a round at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

Our home is a charming cottage 5km from the Brisbane CBD that sleeps Six (6). (Two Queen & Two Single Beds). Set on a corner block and a Cul-De-Sac, we have beautiful tall trees, walking & dog trails as our outlook. Toowong Village’s shops, restaurants & cafes are all a convenient 10+ minute stroll. The University of Queensland (UQ) campus at St Lucia is 8 minutes by car. Public Transport is excellent. It is home away from home to suit a family or business leader. Our home has excellent 5G!!
