Set on a corner block and a Cul-De-Sac, we have beautiful tall trees, walking & dog trails as our outlook. Toowong Village’s shops, restaurants & cafes are all a convenient 10+ minute stroll. The University of Queensland (UQ) campus at St Lucia is 8 minutes by car. Public Transport is excellent. It is home away from home to suit a family or business leader. Our home has excellent 5G!!

Our property has a shared secure entrance from the street and the guest suite has its own entrance door, deck, travertine stone shower, separate toilet, kitchenette with mini-bar fridge and a small built-in robe. Queen-size bed, wall-mounted smart TV, reverse cycle air-con and a small BBQ on the deck. Laundry facilities available if you need. Minimum 2-night stay and 12% discount for 7 nights or more. It’s 10 minutes from the city and 10 minutes from the University of Queensland St Lucia campus. It is a peaceful and spacious apartment. The two bedrooms are spacious and both have ensuites. Enjoy alfresco dining on the big balcony that overlooks lush palms and greenery. Complex has a swimming pool and small gym. Off-street parking for one car is available.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

This property is suitable for home quarantine as there are no shared areas and a separate entry from the street.
