Located in the heart of Shodoshima Island, this old private house with stained glass lights was fully renovated in 2021. I would be happy if it could become one of your memorable places on Shodoshima Island. If you need a parking space, please let us know in advance so we can give you the details. If you don't contact us, you won't be able to use it. The second floor is the accommodation space and there are about 15 steps with a slope. Please be careful if you are traveling with small children, as there are no fences. On the first floor of the building, a former chef of the Japanese embassy in several countries runs a restaurant called "Kasuke", a creative sushi kaiseki restaurant. This house is built on the quiet seaside in Shodoshima Town. The house was built just for dusk watching the sea and the sunset.Therefore, I apologize for the large number of stairs on the terrace, but I can never call it barrier-free.(I will do my best to help with my luggage, etc.) However, at the end of the high terrace, there is a glittering, calm and beautiful sea in Setouchi, and a kane-colored sunset that changes faces every day. Forget your time and enjoy the extraordinary. *We are currently not allowing pets to stay at the property. Please contact us before booking if you would like to use this service. The interior is accessed by climbing the terrace stairs.It is not handicap accessible. Please be sure to accompany small children or adults when climbing up and down the stairs. Also, on rainy days, there are many stairs, so it may be inconvenient. The road in front of the inn is not paved. Please note that this may be an inconvenience. There is a lot of nature around the inn, so there are definitely insects.Sometimes insects come in together when opening and closing windows and doors.(Especially at night, insects gather in the light of the inn) We are very sorry, but please refrain from staying if you are not good with insects.

It is a private space that you enter and exit from a private entrance. It is connected to the building opposite (rental housing area) with a sun room in between, but there are locked doors on both sides and you cannot go back and forth. The landlord lives nearby and can help you with anything you. Shower booth, toilet with washlet, and kitchenette. We also have terrace seating in the garden. The Yoshino district is about a 7-minute drive from Ikeda Port, where the ferry to Takamatsu departs. It is a quiet and small village with old-fashioned scenery of Setouchi, moderately far from the city. It is a 10-second walk to Yoshino Beach right in front of the house. If the weather is good, you can see the sunset all year round. Why not spend some time watching the sunset from the pier that stretches out to the sea? I've updated the photos of the room. The bunk bed in the Western-style room has been removed and replaced with two single beds. The maximum number of guests has been changed to 6. If you already have a reservation for 7 or more people, you can stay with the same number of people without any changes.
