Bovin's Villa, Luxury, Modern & Salt Water Pool

I cannot speak highly enough of the villa. Photos often give falsely positive impression - if anything this was the opposite. The pool and gardens are amazing - felt like our own private resort! Gardens kept in immaculate state by daily tidy. We were met by Bovin, her mother (who is a pure delight too) and brother Sam who became our reliable tuk-tuk driver in to town and around temples. They could not have been more helpful and quickly responded to any queries. Be aware the side road down to the house (about 5 min walk) is unsealed so tuk-tuk drive is a bit of a bumpy experience - not a problem at all for us. Take photos of landmarks where the turn from main road is - helps directing other drivers as phone maps weren't super accurate. Area is quiet and as Siem Reap is fairly busy and chaotic, this home really is an oasis. We opted to cook at home several evenings as dinner and drinks by the pool was magic. Would go back in a flash - It's just a fab place. Thank you Bovin.

We loved our time staying at Ananda’s. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Within walkable distance to many restaurants on pub street and just a couple minutes walk to a shop. Great location! Picasso the cat was super cute and a great security guard :)

We stayed here with our three children and had the most wonderful time at Hervé’s villa. The house and garden are even more beautiful than in the photos and completely private with a space to hide away for everyone. Pub street is a short bike or tuk tuk ride away but walking is also an easy option. Hervé is the most amazing host, meeting us on checking and departure, offering local insights and tips, always happy to arrange transport, and immediately there if we needed something, responding cheerfully and kindly - you couldn’t hope for a better host. Thank you for an amazing time in Siem Reap. We hope to be back soon!

We had a lovely stay at Tim's villa. It's a beautiful oasis where you can recharge after outings to temples and other sights. We very much enjoyed the outdoor concept living and our children loved the pool. Chantry is a lovely person and an excellent tuk tuk and SUV driver who helped make our visit to Siem Reap effortless.

great on all levels, very accommodating host and very responsive it also really feels like a home away from home as the host lives just in the same house, but with good separation to keep things still private. very well kept and super value for money location is also quite central in SR and I would highly recommend!!

We were a group of 6, and we booked in here at short notice after needing to change from another accomodation. We were so relieved this place was available, as it had been on our shortlist too! Its in such a great location: private, serene and secure inside, and then once outside the door, a multitude of food venues to choose from, easy walk or tuktuk to markets and other shops and interesting places. The area was friendly and vibrant, and as we were there on the brink of Khmer New Year, there was so much activity and colour as people prepared for celebrations. The accommodation was very comfortable, bedrooms great, the kitchen well equipped, and the natural pool was just divine. We loved our stay!

We have traveled around the world and this has been our favorite AirBnB we have ever stayed at. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and had the most amazing pool and backyard. The host was wonderful and we appreciated how quick he was to respond the few times we reached out. We booked a tour of Angkor Wat with Thy, he is so nice, funny, and shared so much about the history of what we were seeing. It was a true pleasure to spend the day with Thy. We would highly recommend this AirBnB and experience to anyone!

The stay at Davy's place was really nice. The staff, including Davy himself, were always friendly and immediately helped if you asked them something. The room, including the pool, was really nice and also clean. In addition, you had everything you needed. The highlight of the property, however, is the resort itself. You come in and feel like you're in a little oasis that Davy has conjured up in the middle of the city. Two large shared pools and one even with artificial waterfalls. In addition, you could have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort itself. The property also offers a hotel taxi for a small fee. Really very good!

Shortly: If you want to understand to take it or not - my advice is TAKE. Gorgeous place to live short time and long time. Atmosphere is wonderful: you feel peaceful, free and like home. On the map it seems a bit far from the centre, but in reality it's 10 minutes and 2$ to get there by tuk-tuk (use the Grab app or PassApp). Tuk-tuk comes to pick you up in 5 minutes max. Beautiful clean pool, absolutely amazing garden in the courtyard, a BBQ place to use. Great absolutely friendly staff and the host making your stay totally comfortable. Here you have not a room like in a hotel, but completely like a house of separate bedroom and a big living room with kitchen. All the stuff to cook is here (i love to cook and felt myself rather comfortable in it), so you can make your own food if you want to. Good technique (fridge, audio bar, water cooler, AC's, toaster etc). Next time I am in Siem Reap - I know that I'll stay here 300%. Thanks to the team!

Perfect place to stay in Siem Reap. The appartment is super clean and confortable with a nice balcony. Very well located near a big supermarket and the center of the city. Morn and her family were very hospitable and made us feel like at home. Scooter can be arranged at a good price with Morn, which is a great way to visit Angkor and surroundings of Siem Reap. We definitely recommend this appartment for a stay in Siem Reap.

We had a terrific week at Elv's place. The house was peaceful and comfortable, perfect for recovering from sightseeing or spending an evening on Pub Street. Getting a tuk-tuk was never an issue. Elv's staff also organized a couple of great private tours.

Wonderful place to stay, especially as we were lucky enough to book the entire villa for a month, and so other family members could come and join us. The children loved the pool. Place was just as described, the staff was amazing and made you feel at home. Definitely went above and beyond. Good to have a shower and a tub. Roomy. The pool was crystal clear. They were ready to greet you and check you in upon arrival. Free tuk tuk ride into town. Couldn’t ask for a better place. It’s also next to a horse ranch and circus. 15-20 minute walk to pub street. I just took the ride there and walked back.

We loved our stay at Nina's Airbnb. Tne apartment is beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The rooftop pool and garden is beautiful and my son enjoyed using the gym. Located in a nice peaceful location, it is a short walk to the local market and an easy tuk tuk ride to the centre.

This stay at Sina's was absolutely lovely! The home has so much space. It's great for travelling with loved ones as well as on your own. We really enjoyed the natural decor and thoughtful pieces, feeling right at home in this beautiful place. Sina was a great and friendly host, very welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The area was quiet and peaceful. Lots of room to sit and hang out, even was greeted with fresh plants and flowers which was an amazing touch. We absolutely loved staying here. The villa was perfect, and in a great location—walking distance to Pub Street, cafes, restaurants, and all that Siem Reap has to offer. Our hosts made sure transportation to and from the airport was seamless. And when we wanted to get N early start to Angkor Wat they had a TukTuk waiting for us bright and early. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Absolutely a must stay! WOW doesn't describe enough how beautiful the grounds and pool are. The Villa is CLEAN and SMELLS GREAT, which is important for sensitive people. Villa is very comfortable, nicely decorated, and visited by super cute tree frogs. The team at the Villa are very responsive and helpful. They are hard workers, always keeping things clean and maintained. We dealt mostly with Richard and Nat, they were excellent, as we're the other workers. I do not hesitate at all to recommend. This would be great for groups of travelers, utilizing more than one of the villas, or like my group of 4 in one Villa. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Tropical 4 bedroom Luxury Pool Villa

It is a really beautiful house way better than our expectation. It’s a high end Khmer style wood house sitting in a huge garden. The house is high ceiling, more than 5 meters, and with huge family room, about 200 square meters, in the center of the room . This cool and spacious family room makes us just want to stay in the room and relax. Four bedrooms are spacious too, with four full bathrooms. There is a big swimming pool with a nice pavilion aside. Makes it a beautiful recreation area. The hostess Angela and her husband are so warm hearted. They are very responsive. Overall, this house is much better than you see from the pictures. I guess it could be one of the best rental houses you can get!

A serene outdoor path is lined with various green plants and trees, creating a lush, natural atmosphere. The walkway leads between two structures, featuring a covered sitting area on one side, inviting relaxation amidst the greenery.

Awesome, awesome place! Mengly’s home is beautiful. He also helped us to arrange transport to and from the airport, as well as a driver to take us to Angkor Wat!! Overall a great experience:) The breakfast is also amazing!!
