The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out couch as an additional bed for max. 2 people. As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

Dear guests, Welcome to Tina and Guido's in Moers. Our apartment in the countryside is the perfect starting point for both private and business activities due to its quiet yet central location. The apartment is located directly on Lauersforter Wald and only a few minutes' walk from Lake Elfrath. Shops and the A57 highway are a few minutes' drive away. Düsseldorf Airport is 20 minutes away. The vacation home on the Hagen is a rural small house (part of a two-family house) on a 5,000 sqm park-like property with numerous large trees such as walnut trees and various native fruit trees. It is located in the “Mittlere Niers” conservation area in a cul-de-sac with no direct neighbors. Surrounded by fields, meadows and streams, country life shows its pleasant side.
