Welcome to our comfortably furnished old building semi-detached house for 2-3 people ( non-smokers) Quiet, but still centrally located, city center and highway towards Düsseldorf can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Various shopping facilities in the area, bakery within walking distance. The house is located on the back of our property, we live in the front house with our bitch ( which is also often located in the garden🐶) Longer stays are available on request.

Quiet living near the forest

I offer a cozy apartment here on the 1st floor of my small settlement cottage (DHH). The Forstwald district is located on the outskirts of Krefeld and is surrounded by fields and forest. Nevertheless, you can reach the motorway entrance towards Düsseldorf, Cologne, Mönchengladbach or the Netherlands (A44, A52, A57, A61) within a few minutes. ư️ The apartment is not suitable for animal hair allergy sufferers. 2 dogs live in the house and guest dogs are welcome️

Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes aus dem Jahre 1861, der vor rund 20 Jahren zu Wohnzwecken umgebaut wurde. Hier wohnen vier Familien, es gibt dort ein Büro und eben diese Wohnung. Der Baackeshof, ein Denkmal, liegt nur wenige hundert Meter vom Zentrum Krefelds entfernt und nur 2 km vom Forstwald, einem schönen Joggingwald. Ruhige Wohnlage, immer Parkplätze vor der Türe, ideal auch für Radfahrer da gute Unterstellmöglichkeit.

Lovely Tiny House with Garden and Terrace

Lovely freshly renovated 22sqm cottage with own garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you enter the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine backyard cottage. The floor is made of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams have been uncovered and oiled. The floor in the bathroom has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench itself.
