Villa vacation rentals in Tone River

Wan hosted me in April 2025. It's a brand new townhouse in a calm area near Warabi or Nishi-Kawaguchi stations. Very easy and quick commute to Shibuya, Tokyo. House is clean, cozy and located next to small 7Eleven which works 24x7 which is perfect for travelers arriving at night. The house is equipped with everything which is needed for a short or long term staying. Wen communicated very quick and I never waited for a response more than 5-10 mins. Thanks to Wen my vacation passed in a splendid place.

A perfect Tokyo Central-East home! For two couples this was a fabulous, spacious, modern, well appointed house with easy acess to Asakusa, Ginza, Shinjuku, Ueno and the Keisei Skyliner for transport to/from Narita. We chose to taxi from the house to Nippori Station to catch the Skyliner, cost was 1200 JPY, very easy with the Go taxi app. You can grab a hot can of coffee at the Mini Stop (2min walk), the Family Marts at Iriya metro station (6min) or for that Showa period vibe check out Only Cafe (12min). Inageya Iriya Supermarket had everything we needed for meals, snacks and drinks. Our host Kyo-ya san was flexible and friendly, couldn’t ask for anything better, domo arigato gozaimasu :) This was the last of six AirBnB’s we stayed at during our Japan travel, and it was such a comfortable, quiet, and all round pleasant space to be in as we wound down to head home. 100 percent would stay again, great location and value for money.

If you want an accommodating space away from the city, with the city still being close by, this is your spot. Within about a 10-minute walk you can be at Kaguyama Station. From there the Inokashira Express Line can get you to Shibuya in a few stops. There are a few locally owned shops, restaurants, drug stores, and grocery stores around the station The Studio Ghibli Museum is close by. Suginami City is a very quaint and residential area with parks and locations worth exploring. At night it is very quiet and peaceful. The accommodations are very nice. The villa has everything you need for cooking and preparing food. There is also a small private garden for simply relaxing and enjoying nature. All the appliances have translation cards to assist with their operation. The host was very kind. She made cookies for me shortly after my arrival. I needed to order a few things from Amazon, she was very helpful in receiving the items. I would love to stay here again on a future Japan trip!

Wonderful house! Has everything you need and more. Everything was very clean. Great roof terrace to relax after a day in the city! The owner, quickly responds to all requests! With last minute booking no problem. Great area, lots of different shops and restaurants (including 24/7). 5 stars!

The place is a bit smaller than we initially thought from the photos, but we all still had a great time overall. It didnt feel overly crowded even with 9 people, since we were out and about all the time. The only real issue was the dryer not drying our clothes very well, but run it enough times and youll get there. Overall solid place 👍🏻👍🏻

Surrounded by trees and listening to the babbling of the stream, I was able to refresh myself in a private space. Because of the high altitude, it was cool in the morning and evening even at the end of May, so I enjoyed lighting a fire in the fireplace and watching the flames flicker. I was also impressed with the good sound of the Bluetooth-connected audio.

Qiao’s place was perfect for our family of 4. The location (Mejiro) was perfect. 3 min walk to the train station JR line, and away from the extremely business of Shinjuku but only less than 10 min train ride away. It’s very convenient, and lots of food options, convenient store, and supermarkets are all less than 10 min walk away. There are plenty of room for us (3 extremely comfortable beds), and the owner is extremely thoughtful on what we might need during our trip and she has it all on the apartment (shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, first aid kids etc). It created a wonderful memory for our family and we are so glad we rented this airbnb instead of a small urban hotel

I have to give Lin 5 stars because she is extremely responsive and responsible. When I wrote to her to complain about the bath towels, she immediately came and gave us more towels. Her place is just a stone’s throw away from Kita-Ikebukuro Station so traveling is convenient. When we arrived, Lin placed a packet of chocolate cake as a welcome gift and we really enjoyed it very much. So much, I went and bought a few more packets to bring home. Best of all, Lin allowed us to leave our luggage at her place after we checked out and went to Hakone for a one day trip. For this price and location and such responsive and flexible host, our stay in Tokyo was made very pleasant. There’s a couple of dryer shop within walking distance from Lin’s place. There’s a sweet shop selling mochi and a shop selling steamed buns and dumplings. There’s also a huge supermarket 10 mins away. Highly recommend this accommodation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional Airbnb property with my family, and it was one of the best stays we've ever had. The host was incredibly responsive, honest, and considerate. Everything promised was delivered, and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant by providing thoughtful amenities like slippers, toothbrushes, seasonings, and adapters. The space itself was spacious, well-decorated, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail and the host's dedication to guest comfort made all the difference. We LOVED our stay at Asami's house. There are many walkable restaurants and access to the train is fantastically easy. The home fit our family's needs perfectly, with room for our teens upstairs and comfortable bedrooms downstairs, too. The kitchen/living level was an excellent place to gather after a long day of exploring and we felt right at home. Everything was as listed and the user handbook was very helpful, too. Our family of 5 from the states had plenty of space and felt right at home. The home is in a good location for the train when you want to explore, but peaceful and quiet when it’s time to relax. The neighborhood has lots of convenient shops and everyone was very friendly and helpful, despite the language barriers. It is a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a vacation, and not a place to party late at night. However there were bars open late and plenty of food options near by. The stairs to the second floor were too steep for anyone with mobility issues, but the bottom floor is very spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday!

My group of seven had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as described. It is in a great location and is extremely well managed. The hosts responded quickly to questions. I highly recommend it.

its korean town at tokyo. so many bbq korean restaurant near this airbnb. rooms good and nice can fits us 10 people. living rooms small but we rarely use it. just for sleep and take a bath. washing machine can be use. for public dryer machine place very near from home. walkable from seibu shinjuku station and can from shinjuku station if you likes to see around. waters so good to take a bath. towels good, give us so many tissues and plastic bag for trashes. sometimes can hear sounds motorcycle from outside but its ok. i can drop my luggages at 12 then go back again to check in. thank you so much for your services and your home so lovely.

A group of 6 of us stayed for 5 nights. 4 adults and two small children. The Airbnb is spacious, immaculately clean and has lot of amenities supplied. The stairs were no issue at all, even for the children. Easy. Having two bathrooms and three toilets was great for our large group. The mattresses were so comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with cutlery, crockery and basic things like coffee etc. This was very much appreciated. 10 mins walking distance from two stations. And less than 15 mins walk to another station that goes to Tokyo station without needing to change lines. Super convenient. The Airbnb is in a peaceful residential area. There’s a street with conveniences stores and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. We felt very at home at loved this place. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay again

The BBQ was also easy to use, and I was surprised that there was a pot in the facilities!We couldn't do it ourselves, but there is an unattended firewood sale nearby, and it seems like you can get there ^ ^

Beautiful immaculate home! Very responsive host. The pool was warm and inviting. The house was extremely comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay!! We loved that Lawson's was right next door. Five star stay!

The grounds were very spacious, and it was very good that there were many playground equipment for small children to play on. I also met wild deer! The room was very clean, spacious, and had a very open feel. Unfortunately it was raining on the first day, but I was able to enjoy myself in the room, and the next day it was sunny so I was able to play outside to my heart's content. There are also plenty of bedrooms for large groups, so I'd love to use it again if I get the chance.

We very much enjoyed our stay here ! The house is very large with 4 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, bath tubs both indoors and outdoors and everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is located in a peaceful forest area away from the crowds. If you have a dog, there are also plenty of facilities for your pet. Very easy to get from the house to Lake Kawaguchi and Chureito Pegoda, the 7 seas of Oshino, many temples, gardens, museums and also the F1 racetrack. If you have a car, this home is a perfect base to get everywhere. We really felt at home and enjoyed that everyone had their own bedroom with comfortable beds.

The sauna and pool were great. I received a new onion, cooked it and ate it.It was delicious. No complaints!

It was such a wonderful stay!The facility is clean and comfortable, and we really liked this place.We'd love to stay again. The only thing that bothered me was the fence in the garden.It was a little low, and I felt that there was a little less privacy for sunbathing.Also, there was a gap under the fence, and the dogs got very excited every time a car or person passed by.Everything else was perfect, and it was a really nice place.
