This 130-year-old house was a finalist in the Reconstruction Awards held by the Old House Restoration Association. The interior has been completely renovated, with fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna (for 1-2 people). Parking is available for 4 vehicles. It is recommended for family trips, remote work, and as a base for long-term stays. It is also an ideal base for sightseeing, as it is about 90 minutes to Nikko on a regular road, about 60 minutes to Ashikaga Flower Park, and about 30 minutes to Tochikiki Family Land, an amusement park. It is about 10 minutes to the nearby golf course, and about 10-15 minutes to large supermarkets such as Aeon and convenience stores. We can accommodate up to 4 guests, but the base price is for up to 2 guests. We charge an additional 5,000 yen per person for additional guests. Please be sure to let us know when you book if you are having a BBQ. Please bring your own charcoal. This is an old house-style building located just off the Nikko Kaido. Close to Tobu Shim-Imaichi Station, you might even hear the steam whistle of the Taiki if you're lucky in the evening. 8-tatami Japanese-style room (bamboo room), 6-tatami Japanese-style room (temple style), 8-tatami living room (retro style) IH kitchen, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, fridge, washing machine, gas dryer, etc. are fully equipped, so you can use this place as a base for sightseeing in Nikko, Kinugawa, Ashio, and Kuriyama. There is also a parking lot, making it ideal for touring with fellow bikers. Breakfast is a free loaf of freshly baked bread (home bakery). Mountain Biking, Calligraphy, Games, BBQ (The usage fee for charcoal is 2,000 yen per use. Dishes are available for rent, so please prepare your ingredients at a nearby supermarket.) This is an old house in the rural area of Yucheng City, Ibaraki Prefecture. You can relax in the Japanese-style room. We welcome both solo travelers and families with children. The price shown is for the room-only plan. Children under 12 years of age can stay for free. If you are traveling with children or would like to have dinner, please message us before booking. Also, since the host may go out for a short time to pick up and drop off children, we would appreciate it if you could let us know your check-in time by the day before in a message after booking, as it is only a general guideline. It is a Japanese house surrounded by lush greenery. The space available for rent is 120 ㎡ (about 70 tatami mats). 7 minutes by car from the Kan-etsu Expressway, Hanazono Interchange. Free parking for 4 cars is available. It is a 9-minute walk from Hachioji Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Since it is a private rental, we can only allow 1-2 people to stay for up to 7 consecutive nights. Long-term stays are possible for 3 or more people. Please use it for sightseeing such as Nagatoro, Chichibu, and Ikuno, or for work. You will have the entire first floor of a rural house to yourselves.
