Stayed for a month and it was so relaxing. Enzo was very communicative and helpful. The place was stocked with food and snacks for us. Plenty of cleaning supplies, blankets, candles. I’ve never seen an Airbnb with so much extras inside. There were board games too! Beautiful big backyard and a nice pool. It was peaceful and we weren’t bothered once. Highly recommend a stay here.

We liked the house very much. Aldo was on budget for everything. We asked him for a crib for our baby and he brought it to us personally and also provided us with a stroller for the baby The negative thing about the house, which was not so comfortable, is that it has a room outside the house, and with small children we could not leave them alone sleeping in the room, which was a bit far away For a group of young people or a family with teenage children it's great, but not for small children. Everything else is spotless The garden is dreamy Well-kept plants The beautiful pool The sofa bed next to the pool is a dream Aldo was very friendly I recommend it.

The apartment is new, compact and very practical, ideal for a comfortable stay. It has a good level of security and ample parking. From the balcony you can enjoy a nice view of a green park. Very quiet place to spend with family. The house is spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enrique was very kind at all times as well as Carlos the caretaker of the house. It is located very close to the route and with easy access to supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacy, etc. Recommended for those who are looking for a place to relax and escape the noise of the city.

The house is located in a quiet area, 10 minutes from downtown, with shops nearby. It has 3 rooms, easily accommodates 8 or more people, spacious, very cozy. The bike path starts when exiting the avenue and there is also the new access to the nautical a few blocks away.

A paradise place near the bustle of the summer city. With my family we felt more comfortable than in our own home; so much that before concluding the stay, we already missed the place. Without hesitation, we would come back when there is a new occasion. The owner and family were very kind and loving. The host Sergio did not stay behind while being attentive at all times about our family stay. Thank you for everything!!!

Excellent property, the location is ideal, close to everything but the area is well quiet. The place was clean, with all the amenities and elements for an excellent stay. According to the description provided, the house is well spacious. The host is attentive and with the appropriate directions for entry to the property. Recommended!

A beautiful and spacious home in a very quiet area, but close to everything. Super well equipped, the kitchen especially we loved it, everything labeled and easy to find. In itself, the house has everything you need to spend a nice weekend. Maria Verónica is a very good host, always attentive from the moment of booking.
