Great location. Close to boat ramp. Very nice & clean. Driveways are tough for pontoon boat if you don't have 4wd.

Mike was super friendly and had a great place! Plenty of room for a big crowd, lots of space and beds! And then the location was the best! Super close to the boat ramp which was great for us. We ended up shuttling back and forth because the parking was so full, but being so close made it easy! And the view was great too! You could see the lake from the porches while you’re sipping on your morning coffee. Definitely would return!

This house is AMAZING! Loved our first week so much we booked a second week and brought the kids back for spring break. Beautiful area, great fishing from the banks by the Pickwick Dam. Great walking trails in the local state parks. The house had everything we needed comfortable beds and living room furniture. We spent most of our time outside sitting in the two decks and enjoyed bonfires at night in the cozy little fire pit! We will definitely be back can’t say enough great things about this house.

This was probably one of my most favorite Airbnbs. Incredibly pet friendly. And had all kinds of little touches about pets and fur babies very peacefully appointed decorations. Everything you can think of that a person might need at home was there. Very clean and my most favorite was the bed. She had those nice white cooling sheets and the bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby. I wish I could’ve spent more time there and even my dogs felt at home. we will definitely be back and I will always recommend this place to friends and family. No wonder it stays booked all the time.

Debra’s rustic little cabin was absolutely adorable. It was adorably decorated for Easter :) The fireplace is beautiful :) Bed is super comfy and inviting:) A few cosmetic things were discovered that needed tending to like the front porch railing, but it looked like some things were in the process of being fixed. Overall we had a great stay. She goes above and beyond with providing everything you need and more! The farm fresh eggs and pancake mix was a plus! Looking for a quiet, peaceful place to get away that’s both rustic, clean and cozy! This is it! Also not too far from downtown Iuka. We would definitely stay again :)

Can’t say enough about this place and the host! Making sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating to all our needs even with many vehicles and boats! If you are looking for a relaxing, clean, and amazing host, you found it! This one is staying in my list if we ever come back. The views and the lake is well worth it, highly recommend! 10/10!

We will definitely be back! The Villa was beautiful & the balcony view’s stunning to say the least. Added perk was i comfort mattresses in bedrooms down stairs, just like ours at home.Cassandra was a great communicator & a joy to meet. We enjoyed our stay & our dog was allowed to stay with us was icing on the cake.Highly recommend it to anyone needing a break from reality. 5stars!!!

Beautiful place” very nice, private , clean ! Had all the amenities of home . Looked like the pictures ,everything was as said ! Setting on the deck was very relaxing . The large Jacuzzi tub was very nice as well . Brian the Co Host went out of his way to make sure we arrived with no problems, an even left ballon’s an Cheesecake for my wife when he heard it was her birthday . Really made her feel special . We had a couple questions an he responded very promptly! He was very friendly an professional and assured us if we needed him just to call . Doing business with people like this makes a huge difference to me . We enjoyed staying here an will gladly return ‘ Thanks Brian greatly appreciated!!

Our stay was excellent, had a great time on the water having easy access. Our host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We willl definitely be back!

Awesome stay. Prettiest views on the lake.

My family and I are from way south of Texas, so the drive was definitely killer! But once we arrived and checked in, we were immediately welcomed. My kiddos loved it so much and the space was amazing and beautiful. Jill and William were amazing hosts for sure! 10/10 would book them again!!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. I was looking for a place to retreat and just have some quiet time. It was a beautiful setting and wonderful views. Will definitely make a return visit. Thanks for a wonderful retreat.

Kenny was an awesome host and kind beyond measure! The cabin is super cute, and cozy too! The sound of falling rain on the tin roof was soothing and made working on my laptop quite peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying at Kenny's Cabin!!

Loved visiting Heron landing. It was about 1 mile from my 90 year old grandparents. We had plenty to do. Boating, fishing, jet ski, paddle board. Really enjoyed our trip. Hoping to be back for the next few years.

Took a weekend to spend with my hubby. We wanted wooded area, fishing, hiking and relaxing. We got that at Debra’s. Place was perfectly decorated, clean and cozy. Easy to find and close to Tishomingo State Park. Due to the weather and our to do list, we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit or hammocks. When the weather took a turn for the worse Debra messaged us and directed us to a safe place and checked on us. I would definitely recommend staying. Hubby caught more fish than me so we might have to come back for a rematch 😄

Victoria was awesome and quite accommodating. The place is charming clean and rustic. Quite lovely with the spring flowers. The best part being the back deck right next to a babbling brook. And, a working well (think rope and bucket).

Enjoyed another stay at this guest house that really doesn't seem like a guest house because of the privacy and location on the property. Their dog is very friendly and inviting. Nice to have company from a furry friend like her. The hosts are amazing and very welcoming. Place was just like the first time but much more comfortable the second time. Will definitely be staying again.

This place was great for our large group. Great location for everything nearby!
