Arions”s place was absolutely wonderful. Listing was very accurate. Communication with Arion was seamless. We stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay here again.

Full correspondence of the description and photos to reality. Absolute cleanliness and order. Edi's wife met us. She told us everything in detail. Edi's father was always nearby. A very friendly person, although he does not speak English. The house, despite its small size, is very comfortable for two people (a little inconvenient shower, water does not completely drain into the sewer, it remains a little on the floor). Very comfortable bed. The presence of parking in the yard is extremely useful. You should not expect silence in this place, because this is the very center of Tirana (and we wanted to live in the center). Our rating is the highest. Thank you to the hosts!

Hospedagem maravilhosa! O apartamento estava exatamente como descrito, muito limpo, bem localizado e com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia confortável. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi rápida e eficiente, sempre muito atencioso e prestativo. Recomendo muito e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui!

Je recommande ce logement si vous souhaitez découvrir Tirana. Proche du centre historique. Tout peut être fait à pieds ! Sinon parking non loin du logement. Communication avec hôte très facile !!! Kann die Unterkunft und den Host nur empfehlen. Alles sauber und so wie es sein sollte. Mein 3-jähriger Sohn und ich haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Host war jederzeit erreichbar und in der Kommunikation stets freundlich und unterstützend. Gerne wieder.

The apartment itself is very well decorated and is immaculately clean. The kitchen, whilst compact, works well and is very well equipped. The wifi is stable and fast and all furnishings were perfectly comfortable - this is a property you could live in all year round and be happy. The location itself is within a ten minute walk of Skanderberg Square and there are a variety of cafes, supermarkets and eateries all within a five minute stroll of the apartment. The flat is located on top floor of a five story apartment block and this elevation helps avoid a lot of noise you might experience at street level. It needs to be noted that there is no elevator and the block itself is not new and like many such buildings in Tirana could do with being renovated and improved but once you're inside you will not notice such things. All the neighbours during my stay were perfectly fine. A short shout out to the hosts who were were very accommodating to me, thanks guys you were great!

Parfait, très bien placé

What a great find in the centre of Tirana. Very spacious and comfortable, well equipped for a family of 5 (or 6!). We could walk to the central sites in 10 minutes and there is a little market with cafes and restaurants just down the road. Really friendly and responsive host with clear directions and helpful with finding a taxi etc.

Un passaggio velocissimo a Tirana ma l'appartamento di Enea ha reso tutto più semplice: facile da raggiungere, vicino alla piazza centrale a cui si arriva con una passeggiata di 15 minuti, vari parcheggi nelle vicinanze, privati ma economici, solo a mezz'ora dall'aeroporto (che però abbiamo raggiunto di notte quindi non sappiamo come cambiano i tempi di percorrenza con il traffico del giorno), nonostante affacci su una strada trafficata, abbastanza silenzioso e lo stesso vale per il parco giochi del quartiere che è stato utile per far trascorrere un po' di tempo ai bambini, coinvolti in partite a calcio e corse dai locali.

Muy lindo apartamento, cerca de todo! Hay muchos restaurantes y cafeterías cerca, supermercados y todo lo necesario. Dorian es super amable y nos ayudo con todo lo necesario. Muy recomendable. Nuestro grupo era de cinco personas y estuvimos super comodos.

My mother stayed in the apartment and loved the place. It was clean and comfortable. The location was also great. She had nothing but positive things to say about the host. Dorian was very helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice, comfy, private place. Furnitures were renovated recently so everything feels fancy. I recommend this house.

Un très joli appartement très spacieux, propre, et confortable dans un quartier très agréable et intéressant juste à côté de le New bazar (l’appartement a un balcon une très jolie vue du bazar et la ville). Vous avez tout à proximité, tous les meilleurs restaurants et lieux d’intérêt sont juste à quelques minutes à pied. Artan est vraiment gentil disponible et réactif et à l’écoute pour toute question ou demande.

Het appartement van Bes liet ons meteen thuis voelen in Albanië. We kregen duidelijke en vlotte instructies, en konden altijd bij hem terecht met onze vragen - hij reageerde snel en behulpzaam. Tijdens onze reis verbleven we op nog 3 andere locaties, maar het appartement van Bes stak er met kop en schouders bovenuit. Ondanks de iets grotere afstand tot het centrum, maakten de rust, het comfort en de goede service dit ruimschoots goed. Een grote aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een aangename en zorgeloze verblijfplaats!

Very nice spot for sure! Beautiful, modern, and friendly neighborhood with 5 grocery stores within a 3 minute walk. Bed is very comfy too. Ariana was very helpful and responsive, 5 stars to her as well!

Het appartement is zeer ruim en luxe modern ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er aanwezig, zeer uitgebreide keuken. Andi is een zeer vriendelijke host die probeert het je makkelijk en naar de zin te maken. Het appartement ligt op een mooie loopafstand van het centrum maar taxi’s zijn er overdadig veel tegen lage prijs. Tirana is een leuke stad voor een verblijf, zeker in combinatie met het appartement van andi

Spacieux et confortable même avec 3 enfants ! Très bonne communication avec Florenc. Très bien situé : promenade dans tout le quartier blloku à pied ; 2 minutes seulement de la magnifique et plus grande mosquée des Balkans, à visiter absolument. Restaurants, épicerie et autres commerces au pied de l’immeuble. Stationnement gratuit difficile mais parking payant sécurisé pour 4€ la nuit (20h-8h) à 50 mètres. Je conseille vivement ! J’y séjourne de nouveau avec ma famille dans quelques jours !

Lorena is extremely nice, friendly, and helpful host, and just a great person. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, very nice and spacious. AC in every room is very nice. The location is very central and convenient for walks, and easy to get to the shops, mall, restaurants, etc. All in all great experience for me, and I would stay here at this apartment again in the future.
