Totally updated 2-bedroom duplex on a quiet block, near the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds. Just minutes to downtown Lafayette and Purdue University. A beautiful old home that's been fully renovated with a lot of modern amenities & convenience. Space consists of two bedrooms with a queen bed, and a twin trundle bed, which houses an additional twin bed. Plus, a full bathroom, comfortable living room, dining nook and a galley kitchen. A bright & central location, yet quiet & cozy at the same time.

Private Studio in Historic Home

Adorable, spacious studio in a safe, quiet neighborhood. This historic home is split into two apartments, you will be staying in the apartment that occupies a portion of the second floor(this is where you’ll find you kitchen) and the entirety of the third floor. There are stairs that must be navigated into this unit!!! The bedroom is on the 3rd floor. Strict quiet hours 9p-8a and no loud music, yelling, etc anytime time of the day. This house is located in a family oriented neighborhood just 12 minutes from campus and 18 minutes to Ross-Ade Stadium and Mackey Arena. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in the back yard with a grill and fire pit. The neighborhood has a 1/4 mile walking path in the common area along with (2) two playgrounds, one at each side! This is accessible from the back yard.
