At Pape Badiane's - Traditional Koubalan Hut

FlorianRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I would highly recommend. The bedroom was spacious as well as the bathroom. The garden is large and filled with different trees, you can shelter from the sun under the many mango trees. The village is peaceful, and the people welcoming. Pape and Lamine are very warm hosts with whom you can talk about everything, they also helped me for the rest of my stay. I stayed 2 more days because I felt so good.

Chambre Orange

ThomasRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Really nice stay. Quiet and a nice place to relax outside. Beds perfect and very very clean.
Individuals are seen enjoying the beach, with some wading in the gentle waves while others stand on the sandy shore. Soft, golden sand contrasts with the blue-green water, which is punctuated by white-capped waves. A few boats are visible in the distance.

Le ShuDyma Camp

CordulaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Very nice place, nice, clean cabins as a guest room, everything works great. Friendly hosts who helped make my daughter's birthday beautiful! Very happy to come back (just not with the guide we selected Mamadou Seye from Senegal for Travellers, with whom we had a bad experience afterwards, but the accommodation can't do anything about that). Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

Le Kibalaou, Ecolodge between Ocean and Rizières

BaoRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Thank you Ali, our stay was so peaceful thanks to all of you! The Kibalaou is a bit remote from the villages like Cap or Diembering. You can get to the former by using a local taxi which will cost about 4000 CFA one way so that adds up. You can also walk on the beach to Diembering and it will take an hour but it’s so amazing to have such a Long Beach pretty much to yourself. You can literally see between 1 to 6 people on average when walking an hour. If you want to be close to the action, don’t stay here. If you want to be in peace, this is the perfect place. The staff is super king and friendly, the prices are reasonable and their cooking is delicious. Strong recommend. We booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for 2 more nights.
A sandy shoreline is bordered by a sturdy tree providing shade. A rustic wooden table sits on the beach, framed by logs lining the water's edge. Calm waters reflect the serene environment, with a glimpse of fishing boats in the distance.

Le Lamantin Camp – double room

MerleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I can only recommend the place from the heart. The place is simple but absolutely suitable for a few relaxing days. The journey alone was an experience, you can be taken by motorbike from Kagnout (highly recommended!). On site there are drinks and a dish is cooked for everyone for both lunch and dinner - very tasty! From the property you can make an excursion to an observation deck (Point d'observation au sommet d'un fromager). It was really nice and is highly recommended.

Hidden African Beach Paradise - Eco

MagdalenaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
It was a pleasure to stay at the Nemasu Lodge together with my friends for a few days. We enjoyed the quietness and privacy of the accommodation. The nearby beach was clean and perfect to relax. We had booked rooms with sea view. The rooms come with a small terrace which is nice to hang around in the evening hours and enjoy the sunset. It was lovely to fall asleep with the sound of the waves. The staff was very helpful and friendly - Hillary was reachable to all times and gave helpful advice and recommendations. Thanks Nemasu Lodge and see you soon!

Auberge Way Kassala, and hâvre de paix

AnabelleRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Just one night at Mandjou and Nicole's allowed us to really disconnect: beautiful and unusual hut, garden with lots of birds, deserted beach just around the corner. We didn't get a chance to meet Mandjoum but his wife Nicole gave us a warm welcome. To top it all off, Abdou cooked us some great dishes. Living in Senegal, this is a place we'll be happy to come back to.
A spacious outdoor area is highlighted by neatly arranged green shrubs surrounding a sandy path. A traditional thatched roof structure is visible in the background, complemented by various trees and plants, creating a natural and serene environment.
