Reva was a wonderful host. She and her husband seem like very nice people. She responded to all my questions. The space was clran, comfortable and out in the country (which we love). We had some issues with the TV but got that figured out. The only real negative was that the A/C, bathroom exhaust fan and the microwave were really loud. My husband is very sensitive to loud noises. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

This location was perfect for visiting with family all around Tioga County for Christmas. The home is spacious, warm and inviting. The Christmas decorations were such a nice touch. Blake was very proactive in his communications. Will definitely stay again if the need arises.

My only complaint at all was climbing the stairs to the bedroom and that wouldn't have been so bad it there was an upstairs bathroom. Since I have to go to the bathroom a couple of times a night (old guy), it was difficult to get back to sleep, but I survived. Made me appreciate my home more. All in all it was a nice relaxing Thanksgiving.

Our stay at Reva's place was very comfortable and convenient. We loved the close proximity to Wellsboro and the coziness of the place. Everything we needed for making meals was available, the living room furniture was very comfortable, and we were plenty warm on a very cold weekend. Reva was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

I grew up on Dragonfly Lane and knew the prior owner of the house. The property has maintained the same charm and is peaceful and quiet. The furnishings were comfortable and the location is very private. We arrived late at night and the door code didn't work- but it was barely an issue since the host was so responsive that we were able to get in 5 minutes later. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away from it all. Will certainly be back!

Had a great stay at the Blackwell Activity Center! Eric and the co-hosts were excellent to work. Very kind and always responsive. The house was super clean, well organized and had everything we could need for our stay. We made ourselves right at home cooking on the spotless grill and lounging throughout the property. The great room, the backyard and the porch were excellent places to relax and enjoy the peace after a long day biking the trail. The comfortable bed was very much appreciated too. This area is a perfect for nature lovers who want to bike, hike, fish or kayak along Pine Creek. We would definitely like to return and stay here again.

Lovely stay! Peaceful environment and huge lovely home with lots of artwork to look at! Highly recommend if looking for a weekend getaway go unplug.

I thouroughly enjoyed my stay at rough cut lodge. The cabin was very clean, warm and inviting. The property was beautiful with a great view from the back deck. The hot rubs were wonderful after a long day of hiking. There are several state parks and hiking trails located in the area as well. overall we had a great stay and I cannpt wait to go back!!!

Our stay at the cottage was so enjoyable. the location is central to lots of good hikes and directly next to the rail trail. When we came home from a day of adventuring we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit at night stargazing. the sky here is as good if not better than Cherry Springs. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful, Anne even greeted us upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked a return trip later this summer before we even left.

What a beautiful cabin! So relaxing, peaceful, and quiet. We will definitely be back. Our dog loved it too, he was made to feel welcome and had lots of room to run around.

Great little stay! It was perfect for our low-key weekend away. Super cozy even in the rainy weather. We enjoyed coffee on the covered porch in the morning overlooking the mountains and appreciated having the TV and comfy couch & extra blankets to watch movies in the evening. 10/10 - would recommend!

I cannot say enough about how amazing this cabin was the entire time we were there. We were thinking about different people we wanted to bring back for our next adventure 100% would like to do again.

Expensive but cool little cabin. Nice location to area activities, only a short drive to everything. Cabins sit close to the main road and aren’t very secluded but still a nice area to relax with a cabin feel while on a backpacking and sightseeing trip. Wouldn’t go just for the cabin itself.

Booked as a last minute overnight trip with the kids. The house is one of several cabins on a large property. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Great for kids, with a playground and basketball court about 50 feet away. Close to Cherry Springs Park (20 minute drive). House was immaculate! Wish we stayed longer than one night. We’ll definitely stay again!

A very beautiful and spacious cabin. We took our children and grandchildren and made wonderful memories together!

Although we only stayed at the cabin for one night, my fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable. It was even more spacious than we were expecting. There was plenty of room for our pups to run around, they enjoyed it as much as we did! The hot tubs are “public” but they are right next to the welcome center, easy to access and so CLEAN! We were very satisfied and wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely book again if we find ourselves in this area again.

my family & i celebrated new year’s eve here and we had a lovely stay! the home is peaceful & beautiful while still being close to downtown wellsboro. the inside is spacious and comfy - we especially loved the large kitchen table, plethora of seating options in the living room, & comfy beds. the hot tub was AMAZING! best feature for sure. appreciated the fast & clear communication with the host. the only negatives would be dim lighting in 2 bedrooms & living room, no toiletries, & potential of needing 4WD to access the home if snowing heavily. i would stay here again and would recommend to others looking for a relaxing cabin trip.

David's cabin was absolutely beautiful! such a peaceful serene getaway. We had a couple questions during our stay and he got back to us and helpes resolve them immediately. It was a cozy home away from home!
