Villa Gabbiano - The old lady of the stairs

Villa Gabbiano was built in the early eighties, between two imposing rocks that stand out from the wooded vegetation of the Marcaneto hill. The villa, with its terraces spread over several levels, overlooks the Gulf of Policastro and the coast of Basilicata. The uninterrupted union between architecture and nature is made possible by the flights of stairs that connect the parts of the villa. All around, a majestic garden surrounds the house and makes your eyes look peaceful.

Torre Alta: Ancient Stone House with Sea View

The ancient turret has been restored with respect for its history and soul. Wooden furnishings finished with natural oils, stone and lime walls, handmade terracotta floors with bee wax finish, and underfloor heating make this structure healthy and environmentally friendly. Artwork is on display in the spaces. House amenities include: air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, kitchen, a beautiful fireplace, and a terrace with breathtaking views.

The property is located within an agritourism farm. The things that are most striking are the healthy air, the tranquility of the place, and the excellent panoramic view. The following additional costs should be considered: weekly supply of bathroom, bed, and kitchen linens, which costs €10.00 per person per stay, as well as the mandatory accommodation tax of €1.25 per person per day. These costs are payable in cash at check-in.

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
