Apartment vacation rentals in Timmins

We used this for out of town staff and were extremely pleased with the entire process. We will definitely use again!

Our stay in Timmins was absolutely fantastic. Our host, Kelly, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always responding promptly and with a warm smile. The accommodation itself was impressive—spacious with an open layout that made it feel inviting and comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean, reflecting a true sense of care and attention to detail. It truly enhanced our experience and made our time there unforgettable.

Such a kind host, location is near downtown, although still peaceful and safe. Very clean, and provides all the essentials for a long term stay. We stayed for 3 months due to school, and Margaret was more than helpful whenever we needed it, and has a beautiful backyard with a BBQ. Our cat enjoyed how quiet the apartment was, wifi was perfect for remote work. Definitely would stay again if we need to return to timmins. Thank you Margaret 💗

Great place to stay that is close to just about everything you could need as a visitor. Having a grocery store, convenience store, and a Tim’s near by made our stay even smoother. Clean, modern, and quiet apartment with great amenities. Loved the King bed and all in one washer/dryer! Would definitely stay here again when in Timmins.

This is the 2nd time that I've booked with Steph. Stayed in a smaller apartment in the same building last year. Booked with her again because of the location, the cleanliness, the well stocked kitchen, and especially because of Steph's responsiveness. The location is perfect if you like to start your day with a beautiful walk, with the trail and promenade around Gillies lake, basically across the street from the apartment. Highly recommend booking with Steph, no matter which apartment you choose in this building!

The accommodation was exactly as described. Ample parking, kitchen was fully equipped to meet our needs over a 10 week stay. Hosts are friendly, very accommodating and very responsive if you need anything. Highly recommended AAA hosts!

I had a wonderful stay at the Funky Bird's Eye studio. The place was super cozy and had a lovely funky vibe. I enjoyed the privacy and atmosphere of staying at the place. The studio was spacious and clean. Aurora was kind, friendly and responsive host! I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Timmins, ON.

We needed a place to spend the night for a wedding at the McIntyre Lions Club just down the road. The location was super convenient, and the price comparable to local hotels. Everything was clean and tidy. Super easy to find, and easy to check into. The place was perfect for what we needed!
