A smaller folding dining table and two chairs. Wall-mounted TV. Private parking next to the cottage and close to Öland and Kalmar. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you might need for cooking. In the toilet, there is a shower and washing machine. Centralt beläget gårdshus i pittoresk gammal miljö på torget där husen ligger tätt.Gångavstånd till fik, mysiga butiker, hav, hamn och skog. Gårdshus nära ägarbostad med ett rum och kokvrå.Badrum med dusch. Det finns en 140 cm säng och en liten bäddsoffa på 110 cm som passar till små barn. Katter finns på tomten och Katter o hundar vistas i huset ibland så inget för allergiker. Medtag egna lakan och handdukar alt. hyr för 75 kr per person. Nivåskillnader o trappor på tomten. Man städar själv.

Villa in lovely Timmernabben!

Relax with family or good friends. House in Timmernabben, 50 meters from Kalmarsund. We have nine beds plus a sofa bed. At the dock, there is a rowboat. With it, you can row out to one of the islets. Smoked fish is a part of summer. Nabben's smokehouse is nicely located by the marina. Timmernabben is a cozy place that is located right between Kalmar and Oskarshamn. In other words, we can offer both silence and activities close to other people.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Only 40 meters down to the jetty, where the boat included is located. 3 km to central Mönsterås with restaurants and shops. You can also take the boat to Mönsterås. You bring your own bed linen or you can rent from me SEK 150/ per person. Final cleaning is done by you as a guest . Final cleaning can also be purchased by me for SEK 1200.

Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.
