We had an amazing stay here for a week. The villa is just like the photos, the views over the ocean from the pool area and the terrace are incredible. The villa is private and peaceful and is a short walk from the sea caves and a couple of nice beach restaurants. It’s a short drive to the supermarket and other restaurants. The place is clean and comfortable and would love to stay again next year - 100% recommend

Very good communication with host ,big flexibility. House it is exactly like on photos ,sunset view , calm area ,clean. House has everything we need , small advice more pots on kitchen . Good stay and good experience 😊

Townhouse was superb and a real home from home. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and pristine. Possible recommendations would be a welcome folder with apartment instructions and base for patio parasol. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in an immaculate apartment and would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Flawless ! He's a thoughtful, flexible, thorough host. Andreas let us check in earlier than it was in the policy, and he was waiting for us on the spot. We received plenty of gifts; Wine,juice, oranges, bananas, enough butter for the week,coffee, cream... Other extras; about 3,000 taxes on the TV, for every request, chargers,converters, etc. We were able to communicate in German, which is a rarity ! The accommodation was perfect for us, close to the beach, yet the hustle and bustle in a peaceful location next to a quiet park, mostly surrounded by locals, which was a guarantee of tranquility. We had a small but lovely terrace in the shade of the orange trees.

Absolutely loved our stay at Peter’s place! The location is perfect—peaceful, quiet, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. The home itself is spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described (if not better!), and it’s clear that Peter takes great care in maintaining the property. We slept so well thanks to the calm surroundings and cozy setup. Peter was a fantastic host—very responsive, respectful of our privacy, and genuinely helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. He made check-in super easy and gave great local tips, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This spot is a hidden gem, and we’re so glad we found it. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore the area, this is the perfect base. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family. Great Vila and a really nice host. We never met Markus but we did communicate via messages and over the phone and it was easy. The vila itself is in a very quiet and high-end village. There's no much to do around, but the whole idea is to stay in the villa, enjoy the pool, the views and relax! And since you probably will have a car, you can go to anywhere you like. There're nice restaurants in villages around. The Troodos mountains are 30 minuts ride away. Paphos is 15 mins away. Limassol is 45 mins away. It's a great place to escape the hustle and just relax.

We stayed as a family of 8, for my 30th birthday. The Villa: We arrived late evening. Directions & key access were easy to follow. The Villa is located a minute walk from the main strip of Coral Bay. Although it is located next to the strip, it is on a quiet road. 4 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. Kitchen well equipped to make breakfast and lunches. Beds are firm but comfy. The pool was absolutely gorgeous! So big, and the option for pool heating was so great. Inflatables and toys for the pool was an added bonus. Driveway access if you've hired a car. The Host: We met Elena the morning after our arrival. She was friendly, attentive to any questions & went out of her way to ensure we has a later checkout (our departure flight was late evening). She made our trip so enjoyable. I would recommend this Villa to anyone, and I cannot fault it. It is even better than the photos and it really was worth the money paid. Thank you and we will return.
