Great house for large groups! The house is huge, spacious and very well taken care of, ideal for large groups – we stayed in 15 people and we had a lot of comfort. Everything was clean and well organized. The pool was impeccable, and the place is quiet, perfect for rest, despite being a little away from the hustle. Communication with the host was super easy, she was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and recommend for those looking for a spacious and pleasant place to relax!

We love the stay! The house is simple, but very cozy and well cared for. The social space with the barbecue and the pool was a highlight, perfect for enjoying the time together. The house is also pet-friendly, which is great. The town is very calm and quiet, close to the beach and the avenue, being able to do everything on foot.

The road from the house to the river is easily accessible, there are stones guiding along the way, it was very clean and well taken care of. The river is an exclusive location, easy access, with several stones to sit and relax. The pool was clean and well taken care of, not deep and has sun chairs around the deck. The house is rustic and tasteful, has air-conditioning in all bedrooms, two hammocks, professional stove, barbecue and pizza oven. The host responded super fast and gave us all the assistance needed! Great place, it was just a little hard to find because the number (or I didn't see it) on the app but the host responded super fast and we soon found it. the house is impeccable, the pool clean. Good area, the huge rooms, covered/clean and smelling sheets. I have nothing to complain about. I will DEFINITELY rent again and will indicate whenever I have the opportunity!!

Our stay was wonderful! The site was exactly as described by Sandra in the listing. The house is spacious, well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, in addition to being clean and very well organized. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the Festival market, restaurants, pharmacy and several other establishments. Sandra was always very attentive, friendly and quickly answered all our questions. We definitely recommend!

We were warmly welcomed, the person who received us showed us the house, great check-in and check-out, we negotiated the entrance and exit, we managed to enjoy it well, we only missed utensils such as pots and the TV being smart. The place is very nice, comfortable bed, small kitchen but with the necessary utensils. very kind and available host. great location description the house is cozy and connects with nature. point to improve: the bathroom has no division between the shower floor and the rest of the bathroom, which means that after the shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. i will definitely come back!!!
