Our subcontractor team had a fantastic stay at Anne’s house while working on a project in the area. The house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything they needed for their stay. Anne was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially when we needed to extend their stay unexpectedly. Her flexibility and understanding made a big difference for us. Welcoming host, proactive and provided with more facilities than one can think of. Great place to bring kids. We visited in April so it wasn’t too hot or too cold and used oil heater only late into the night. TIP: Move the oil heater closer to bed in peak winter before going to bed.

We had a great stay with my entire family. The house is exactly as pictured. There is plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen is amazing. What a beautiful location, with lovely views.

This place is like a theme park A time travellers delight It is niche but if you want a piece of living history then you don’t go past the homestead Yes, its a bit dusty- but then so is history Seriously a grand experience Tied it in with the Elvis fest in Parkes and could not have been happier The host was super helpful and really clear With communications . It was a pleasure to stay at Meg and Justin’s property. Their warm welcome made us feel at home the minute we entered the place. The apartment has everything you need and is very cozy. The cellar/kitchen area is absolutely wonderful and has a beautiful view across the property and the vineyard. The breakfast tray was scrumptious and Meg’s freshly baked bread was blissful. Justin took us through a tasting of his cool climate wines which are an absolute must to try. Justin and Meg’s artistic flair can be seen throughout the property including the wines. Overall an amazing experience! We would love to return again.

Margaret’s cottage was very clean and well-appointed (the little things like bath robes and good quality towels were a nice touch). The two lovely decks/verandas were great to enjoy all the generous supply Margaret had provided (fresh breakfast produce, jams, teas etc.) on. We and our dog had a great stay!

Rebecca went above & beyond to understand my requirements and help me out. The cottage felt like walking into your best friend's home - homely, welcoming and with everything you need. Plus it is super dog friendly and there's way more to do and see in this area than I realised! It's great when the host as well as the property exceed your expectations and that's the experience I had here.
