Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

We are waiting for an exclusive stay in a historic nineteenth-century palace in the heart of Pescara. A unique space and ready to welcome in a refined and intimate setting. A few steps from the sea and from all the major points of interest of the city. Due to the current health emergency situation, we are also providing for further sanitization of all rooms between one booking and another, in order to ensure greater safety for our guests.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
