Well appointed kitchen with modern appliances. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood and amazing lake view. The sauna is luxurious. The shower is a bit rustic but everything was cleansed comfortable. We would love to stay again!

We felt very comfortable and there was nothing missing. Great location and great view of the lake …for dogs great entrance to the water. The only neighbors you didn't notice.

We were going to a wedding in Vadstena over the weekend and this was a super cozy accommodation with cozy surroundings and fresh. Karin was very quick to respond and friendly in all communication. Can only recommend this accommodation and nice Hästholmen!😊

very cozy house in Karlsborg, steps from both lakes. House was very comfortable and had everything I needed for a stay of several weeks. only lived on the top floor, so didn't experience the sleeping arrangements downstairs. overall a very comfortable house in a nice and quiet location. would recommend.

We had a nice evening at Anna-Karin's house. It was clean and nice and had a nice location with lake view and pool. The area was quiet and Anna-Karin was quick to help us if we had questions. Recommends this accommodation :)

A beautiful location near Hjo. Very welcoming owners who are in good order. You really get value for money, and it feels like coming home.

We loved Fredrik’s place for our three-night stay in Karlsborg. It was so quiet and clean, and plenty of space for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. And it was great to have the outside space too for when the sun came out. It’s perfectly positioned to explore the area, and a short walk to the lake. Fredrik was a great host too, answering questions quickly and making great recommendations for what we could do in the local area. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay was amazing, and even more beautiful than as shown on the pictures. The host was very quick with replying, which made everything very convenient. We will definitely come back!

We found John's room as described: clean, spacious, well heated (for an autumn period), calm. The host and his crew we're very helpful with advices. I also want to mention at this point that Johan had been an excellent host, helping us out with an issue we had without further ado. Very recommended stay.

Very nice, spacey apartment in a beautiful location. Directly at the square with a view of the lake from the other side of the apartment. I liked the design of the apartment and felt like home. Klas was very caring and easy to reach. Will definitely come back once we are in the Hjo area.

We really enjoyed our time at Filip's. The apartment was very nice and quiet, very well equipped, we had a lot of space and a very nice view of the lake, although we were on the ground floor. We will be happy to come back. Best regards!

Thank you for the wonderful stay! The accommodation is well maintained and furnished to a high standard, the surroundings simply fantastic. The house is on a horse farm – you meet horses and riders everywhere. The tranquility, nature and animals did us a lot of good! 🐴✨ The rule to leave the place clean obviously works well. The bed was super comfortable, we slept very well.

Nice accommodation in a fantastic location and nice hostess. Responsive, but that was clear in the listing. With earplugs, we slept like prince and princess. Enjoyed our breakfast of the view as the sun was shining over Lake Vättern☀️💦 Love Hjo❤️

The house is very quiet and equipped with everything you need. The lake is accessible via a small path and we bathed in it daily. Almost even better for swimming, we liked the swimming spot within a 5-minute walk, a dream and great view over the lake! We highly recommend Carl-Johan's house, many nice excursions are doable from there.

Very nice house with fantastic location by a lake! The house is small but absolutely perfect for 2 people. We lacked nothing and the cabin was clean and tidy. Ulrika and Magnus are nice and respond quickly to questions. Happy to come back!

Wonderful location by the lake . Everything is present and close to the beautiful town of Hjo.

We shone older generation with children and children for a small mini break. We ate well around Karin's large generous table, both inside and out. We appreciated the many outdoor spots. There was always a place in shelter! We all felt welcome, even the dog. Walked during the days. In the evenings we put an intricate puzzle that was in the cabin. We'd love to come back!

Very nice, fresh accommodation. Nice host, a plus was the nice terrace outside. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't really on our side, so we couldn't use it. I'd love to return to the accommodation.

The house is beautifully situated, features modern yet cozy furnishings and sensational views. In addition to the terrace, there are other places on the property where you can chill wonderfully. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are conveniently equipped. The house offers plenty of privacy, although there is a second one on the extensive property. The location is secluded, but the nearest supermarket in Ödeshög can be reached in a few minutes' drive. There were only two of us, but a family of four would have found enough space. Coming into the lake from the property proved to be difficult due to the rugged rocks, although it is almost right outside the door. However, there are good swimming opportunities nearby and beaches a little further away on the other side of the lake. Ida and Thomas were very kind and helpful hosts! For those who are looking for peace and tranquility who love nature absolutely recommended!
