Serene beauty for 1 or 2 people. Enjoy the entire lower floor of our house with your own private entry. The view of Puget Sound, part of the Pacific Ocean, is outstanding. And when the clouds aren't blocking, the stunning view of Mount Rainier is absolutely breathtaking. 2 patios, beach access (82 stairs!), and a deck just above the beach. 17 miles to JBLM. 8-9 miles to Lacey or Olympia. Dog/cat-friendly. Not suitable for children under 12 and infants. Max 2 humans due to septic regs.

Studio in the middle of nature. It has its own little backyard with full privacy. Walk to the beach or take a hike in the Evergreen State College Park. Just a ten-minute walk to the college. Five minutes drive to the freeway and 12 minutes from downtown. Far from the chaos yet very close to everything. The studio is separate from the main house, has its own entrance, private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and rice cooker, Toaster.
