Great spot, clean and modern house with all the amenities that you need! Felt very comfortable and at home. Just a short walk to the beach and has room to store the boat as well. Quiet area even with it being Easter weekend. Loved it.

We've been travelling around Australia for 3 months and feel this was our favorite place to stay in all of our time here. The home was stunning. Very comfortable and private, it was all you could ask for and more. It was a mere 185 steps to the beach (it was right across the street!) and just a few blocks away on the same street were some amazing restaurants, cafes and shops. They were easily accessible but far enough away that you couldn't hear any music or noise. In fact, the only thing we could hear from the house was the wind blowing through the trees or birds chirping. The home was stunning, modern, pristine and Deborah was a fantastic host. It really couldn't have been better and it was difficult to leave.

This place is peaceful, private and perfectly equipped. Fantastic place for families where everyone likes their own space too. Pictures don't do it justice, the views are breathtaking and lots of spaces to enjoy! Highly recommended. Paronella Park visiting being do close was just the cherry on top! The accommodation was comfortable and clean had everything we needed. The house is walking distance to cafes, pub, shops, beach and a short drive to spa pools and other local waterfalls. The community were very welcoming and the neighbours were friendly and helpful.

Peaceful, private, cozy stay with stunning surroundings. We loved the easy check in, gorgeous rural views & private creek. It also poured down rain which added to the serenity as we relaxed listening to the sound of rain hitting the tin deck roof. We came here for a Valentine’s Day couples getaway and got everything we wanted. As we left we said to each other we’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful rainforest setting with lawns leading to a creek with forest to the top of a 400m mountain sometimes lost in the clouds. Lots of birds including a cassowary. Kangaroos grazing in a roo paradise. Short drive to a long pristine beach. Rainforest creek swimming on the property and deeper water 10 mins by car. Very comfortable and well equipped. Caitlin and Martin were friendly and kind.

Blake’s place is one of the best we have stayed in. The elevated views and lush tropical plants are breathtaking. Huge deck, great bbq and outdoor fridge, clean and comfortable beds, spotless and spacious bathroom. We even had a female cassowary join us after we finished breakfast. Peaceful bliss! Blake is a fantastic host.

Ripples was an amazing stay! Idyllic, blissful, absolute beachfront location. The house was far enough from the main street to provide privacy and tranquillity, but still within comfortable walking distance if you felt the need to leave the superb views from the deck, the living areas and main bedroom. The breezy open area in the middle of the house kept it really cool and could easily be closed off with the glass bi-fold doors that featured throughout the house. It was really well equipped and provided everything we needed for a week long stay with a family of four. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space if required. The hosts were terrific and fast to reply with anything we needed, even on a Sunday - thanks Hilary! The pool was great, but the beach off the back deck was magnificent! The water was clear, blue and perfect temperature during our September stay, all culminating to make a sublime family holiday. Ripples = calm and serenity. We didn't want to leave!

Very cute cottage in beautiful surrounds. Only one street back from a stunning beach and a walk along the foreshore. Within walking distance to a great pub and a cafe. Mia was a great host, very friendly and shared some great suggestions for what to see in the area. Highly recommend this as your stay in the area.

This is a beautiful home, in the Rainforest. it's a free standing house, with a huge backyard for the dogs, a full kitchen and all the basics and plenty of extras in the pantry and fridge. The bed and lounge is very comfortable ! Highly recommend 👌

Fantastic spot. Photo definitely don’t do this place justice. Todd was a great host for us and all our needs - we ended up staying an extra night because the place was so beautiful and private. The private entrance to the beach was such a bonus to our stay. Can’t thank Todd enough! We will be back and absolutely recommend to those looking for a comfortable cosy stay.

Georgina’s was responsive and an excellent communicator. Her place is a must stay in Port Hinchinbrook - it is a modern house which is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. Great accommodation not far from Cardwell. Location was beautiful, tucked away in the bush with a great swimming spot just metres from the front door. Lots of wildlife around but the accommodation is really well screened to keep the bugs outside. After hiking wallaman falls on our second day, we had a lovely afternoon listening to the rain and relaxing inside. The creek shack was clean and had everything we needed, including a great shower and super soft towels. I'll absolutely recommend this place to friends and will stay again when I'm in the area. Thank you Morna and Kim!

The spectacular ocean views across to Dunk Island were breathtaking. We spent hours on the long verandah only metres from the sparkling sea. The wide pristine golden sandy beach was perfect for long walks. The tapestry of colour in the garden guarded by soaring coconut palms ever swaying in the breeze will long be in our memory.
