We had an incredible stay at Villa Tosti and would absolutely return. Gabrio was helpful at check in and with recommendations. The property was gorgeous with stunning views and in great condition. AC kept bedrooms cool which had comfortable mattresses and bedding. Everything was as pictured. The more busy parts of the island were 20 min or so by taxi and we had no issue getting taxis to come to the Villa, which is close to the main road. The beach is also walkable. Jaeb and her son made us feel so cared for during our stay. They helped around the house keeping things in order, helped arrange transport and massages. Best of all Jaeb made us wonderful homecooked breakfast and lunch for some meals during our stay. She's a wonderful cook and we loved her curries! Even with on site staff, the Villa felt private and the help was unobtrusive for those who want the secluded feel. We really appreciated the hospitality. We had a truly rejuvenating stay.

Fantastic stay had by all 6 of us. Very relaxing and peaceful yet a short taxi or car journey to Lamai or Chaweng when we wanted the hustle and bustle. Tone and Par where extremely helpful when needed and went about their daily chores without imposing themselves in anyway. We chose to eat out almost every meal with IBeach a few minutes walk down the beach, and Mordens a few minutes walk in the other direction. Trips out are easily booked and pickups from the villa were easily arranged. It was our first time on Koh Samui and I doubt we would have found anywhere better. Wonderful villa with everything you need for a short or long term stay. All rooms are very spacious with lots of storage room. Kitchen is fully equipped. Everything was spotless and very clean. On our fifth day of stay we had house cleaning and also the pool was cleaned while we were there. The pool is very private and also very deep so that the water stays refreshing. We got a baby bed and a baby chair from Frederic. Wifi is great, water pressure in the showers as well. Host and his agent are super responsive, helpful and friendly. Location is very quiet but you only need about 7-10 minutes by feet to be at the beach with tons of cafes and massage salons. We didn’t have to pay any extra charges for electricity, everything was included. All in all, we simply loved the place and were happy with everything😊

The villa was a great fit for our party of four. Lots of space and a beautiful back lit pool for evening relaxation. The property is not far from many local attractions and is easily accessible via grab or renting a scooter. Perfect for small groups.

The place was amazing, felt at the heart of nature with mesmerizing views at sunrise and sunset. The place was very clean and well organized. Very flexible hosts who provided us with early check in and was always one text away. Shout out to Rio the property manager for his outstanding support during the period of our stay; he’s always there to support and provide guidance, he literally responds to you within the minute. Overall the place was amazing and worth the stay; just a heads up you’d need a good car to get there as it’s uphill, which goes without seeing if you need a good view, you need to drive uphill.

What an amazing Villa! It’s very spacious and clean. The refrigerator was stock with water, juice and milk, and there were snacks on the counter for us when we arrived. The pool was big and very enjoyable on the hot days. We like the location but you will need a scooter or a car to get around. There are plenty of restaurant choices near the Villa. We highly recommend this villa.
