Lovely and modern private sleep out with your own dining/living room in a nice and quiet location. The place has a TV (with free view & Chromecast), fast internet, private en-suite toilet/shower, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, water refill station and more. Kids friendly so if you need a cot added just let us know. Restaurants and bars just around the corner from the house. The house is only 15 min walking distance or 2 min drive to town. Used of laundry is possible for a extra cost.

This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities
