A lovely family home right in the middle of Wemeldinge Marina, with the sea at the end of the road. Set in a cosy village, which has a small beach 5 minutes walk away, 2 windmills, 5 eateries within 1 km from the house, and cycling paths everywhere. The house is able to accommodate maximum 4 adults and up to 3 children. Our neighbourhood rules limit the amount of adults we can host, so I am afraid that I will have to turn down any requests from groups or families with more than four adults.

Het gastenverblijf bevindt zich in één van de voormalige, recent volledig gerenoveerde, arbeidershuisjes van herenboerderij ‘Luchtenburg’, net buiten de bebouwde kom van het stadje Tholen. Het gastenverblijf (3-4 pers.) is geschakeld met de woning van de eigenaren, maar heeft een eigen oprit en achtertuin. Vanuit de achtertuin kijkt men uit op de voormalige herenboerderij ‘Luchtenburg’ met bijbehorende tuin en paardenbak en de akkers.

Beautifull private (attached) house surrounded by nature and the sea, just outside of Sint-Annaland. The house has a bright and fully equipped kitchen and living space with direct access to a +-1200m2 private garden with fireplace and great views of the surroundings. The house is located directly next to the water and offers a lot of privacy. A great and spacious location for a family holiday or getaway weekend with friends!

Beautiful apartment for 2 people, fully equipped. A very nice place to relax and enjoy the Zeeland surroundings with beautiful beaches, cozy villages and towns and fantastic cycling routes. The apartment has an extensive kitchen with dining room, bathroom and toilet. On the top floor there is a living room with an apartment bedroom with comfortable box spring beds. Ga er even tussenuit en kom tot rust in onze rustieke en sfeervolle houten blokhut met ruime tuin. Geniet van een warme hottub in de mooie Zeeuwse omgeving. Daarna lekker op de bank in je badjas voor de open haard met een warm vuurtje. Met 5 minuten sta je op het strand met uitzicht over de Oosterschelde. Huisdieren zijn in onze blokhut toegestaan. (De haag van de tuin is nog niet volledig dicht gegroeid)

The place was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. It was lovely looking out onto the garden which was very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. There was also secure storage for our bikes.

Communication with Mark was great. Everything worked out and was as described. We were here at the beginning of May, out of season, and it was what we needed - just peace and quiet in nature. Apartment 135 is the last in the row and you have a beautiful view of the fields. The kitchen is superbly equipped. Everything was very clean. The mattresses could use a little upgrade, but that wasn't so bad. We will be happy to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place! The boat was just as beautiful as in the photos – stylishly furnished, sparkling clean and with lots of loving details. The beds are okay for sleeping, but you can't expect the greatest comfort. The location was also great – quiet, but still everything available. Ideal for excursions or simply to relax. Communication with the hosts was also excellent.

A well-preserved gem in the heart of Zierikzee. The best way to describe this oasis of peace and hospitality. Already upon arrival, Aad was waving enthusiastically and welcoming us. The personalized parking space also made us feel welcome right away. Afterwards we got an extensive tour of the cottage and the area. With the necessary tips and tricks for exploring the city, we were ready for our 4-day stay. The cottage offers everything you need for a cozy and pleasant weekend getaway.

We had a very nice weekend in the Thole Pearl. Extremely nicely located, cozily furnished house with a large, beautiful garden and extensive kitchen. Lots of privacy. We were warmly welcomed and given good advice about oysters picking.

We had a great stay! The house is very nice and in a great location. We were very close to the sea and had everything we needed nearby. We also booked the house because of the contactless check-in, as we have had great experiences with it on AirBnb so far. Shortly before arrival, this option was unfortunately changed, so we were greeted personally - which was also nice. We highly recommend the hosts and the house!🥳
