We spent 3 nights at Steen's place. We immediately felt right at home: the neat decoration, the large windows facing outwards and the fjord in the distance, the different terraces, the brazier and outdoor hammock area, the good bedding and everything you need to cook a good meal we loved it! Steen is a very kind host, available to ensure you have a great stay. The fjord is a 100-meter walk away with a beautiful sunset. The only regret was not booking more nights :)

We had a wonderful stay. The home had just what we needed and the location was super both for walks and many options by car. We started by booking 4 nights, but luckily it was possible to extend the stay for another night, as we just needed to see a little more of the Thy area.

The apartment is quietly located and is clean and equipped with everything you might need. Check-in was straightforward and Peter was always available for any questions or help. The only criticism on our part would be the lack of insect screens in the bedroom. If you don't want to have mosquitoes in the apartment, you have to close all windows from early evening. Thus, only the air conditioning offers some cooling.

Beautiful, quiet vacation home to get away from it all and just switch off, with some possibilities within the house (pool, hot tub, sauna, oven). It was a few meters to the beach and the sound of the sea was very good, especially in the evening, because even at the time of the stay there was still little going on in the area. I think it's a nice vacation destination even during the season.

Authentic Danish house by the sea beach

We enjoyed the New Year at the host's childhood home in the middle of Thyborøn city. Easy access to the North Sea from the house and lots of beautiful nature. The house matched the description. It's an older and authentic house with a cozy decor. There is a cozy and completely enclosed courtyard that is guaranteed to be super nice in the summer. Huge bonus for us was the house's smart TV, where it was easy to use your streaming services. We would love to come back another time.
